I had very high hopes coming here, unfortunately that was not the case. I had originally booked an apt for a $25 dollar special they had for a new girl and the last day for the booking was 07/02/2023. I go in and she was rough and painful, not what I expected. At the time of payment I was told it would be full price $55. I asked the receptions why when I received an email of the price I would pay, she said that she had to follow policy. I just came back from here and where should I start. I booked my appointment on Sunday and when I did online it said 25 due to their "promo" today I was charged full price which is 55$ even though I showed my email that it showed it said 25$ but "they couldn't do nothing about it" and if I didn't go through it they would charge me 27$ for "canceling" for their own mistake. I was excited to try this place out but after this experience I do not recommend it. This place is not flexible at all. New client and called ahead of time to let them know I would be 2mins late due to there being an accident on the freeway. Receptionist told me they couldn't wait for me and I was going to be charged the no show fee. I tried to explain to her that there was traffic due to a car accident and it was out of my control and she just kept repeating no show fee and that I signed a waiver. I was scheduled for an appointment today and due to being late 1 minute they refuse to see me very disappointed been coming here for months and for the staff & tech to be very inconsiderate it's very upsetting will not be coming back here again which is a shame. I understand policies but staff should also be more understanding & accommodating with their policies and the fact they charge you half of services it's more upsetting. Will be looking for new place to get sugar wax. Hopefully this location reconsider their policies otherwise will be losing customers. I've been to many waxing and sugaring places before and this is the best place I've gone to yet. Waxing was very harsh on my skin and the places and the last sugaring he place tried felt just the same as the normal hard wax it was super painful. All this business cares about is money! I highly doubt they care about providing good service and having loyal clients. Definitely will not be coming back here. I was a first time client who loved my first experience so I booked my appointment for the following month which was today. I wasn't able to make my appointment on time so I called to reschedule due to a last minute emergency. I was told I had a 10 minute grace period which I definitely tried to make but was not able to due to unpredictable traffic (I'm not from the area). To avoid a cancellation fee I made my way there and was still charged the cancellation fee instead of them being considerate that I literally drove an hour just to get here and was still refused service. I understand it had to be 24 hour in advance but life happens and emergencies are not predicted 24 hours before. All I wanted was to get rescheduled instead of being charged $27 for being late. How funny is it that for my first appointment I booked with one of the ladies who didn't end up showing up due an "emergency" (I was understanding) and life happens but I didn't complain. So I was given Alyssa as my esthetician who I really liked so I didn't mind but they didn't bother to tell me they switched the esthetician until I asked why I was given Alyssa instead of the other lady. This just goes to show how they don't care about being considerate of their clients. Their own employees can't even make it to work on some days and same goes for their clients. read more

Due to their lack of understanding, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was a consistent and loyal customer. I called to notify them I was late due to an accident and wanted to switch to the next available appointment. I didn't want to cancel, just reschedule for the same day. Even just an hour later. I was still charged 50% of my appointment. I would not continue to book at a location that would charge me a cancellation fee and my service fee all at once. I decided to just pay the fee, but take have my service done elsewhere. Saying it's "policy" is poor customer service. Quick to charge, but your employees lack empathy. read more
