Amazing service! Riley was so helpful and the fro yo and boba I had was so yum! The bright atmosphere made my day. Can't wait to come again.

The service was poor and that's a understatement... I was treated differently than the white couple. I was told I couldn't have owners name, mangers or number. We'll, I was told to Google it until this incident I have had high praise regardless of the high cost. I'm sorry that I ever spent a dime here. I have never experienced this before... Grace needs to work in a pet store after some customer training. The owner and manager's should be ashame for not being available for customers that spend their money there. Never again. Stopped in for a bubble tea today and tried the honeydew flavor with regular boba. The honeydew flavor was good, and I could see it going well with green tea. The boba were a little over cooked though. read more

It was clean and hey had lots of toppings! For those who have not been to a place like this here is what you can expect. Walk in, go to the back and pick your cup size. Add any flavors you like, add toppings. Then you weigh it and pay at the counter. They charge per ounce. Has a good amount of seating. We just came here for the first time since COVID, and my boyfriend and I were both very happy with how clean the store was as well as how nicely they've adapted to necessary safety precautions. They are no longer self-serve, so they fill your cup with fro-yo and toppings. The employee was very helpful and made sure we were both able to see how much we were getting, and that we were happy with the amounts before committing to it. Very positive experience overall! And yes, they were wearing their masks...correctly! read more

This place is awesome!! So many fro-yo choices and so many toppings!! They weigh your ice cream and that's the price! It's very affordable! my favorite place to satisfy my sweet tooth! I don't understand the bad reviews--every time I've been here, the staff has been more than fine. Yes, in order to taste the different flavors, you have to ask staff to dole it out for you, but that's pretty common across froyo chains in my experience. The topping selections are pretty extensive, which is what makes or breaks a froyo place in my opinion (crazy froyo flavors are fun, but let's be honest, the froyo is really just the vehicle for all the candy I throw on top of it). One thing I judge all froyo places on is the quality of their cookie dough. Are they hard, freeze-burned tiny nuggets, or are they gloriously plump and soft balls of real cookie dough? Sugar Berry has the latter, which wins them my froyo loyalty. On top of that, they have the standard variety of cereals, candies, cookies, sauces, and fruits. Although I am strictly a processed-sugar girl when it comes to my toppings, the fruit always seems to be of pretty good quality. read more

Yogurt was great and there were tons of toppings. It was bright and cheerful but I did have a problem with the tasting cups. I'm from Texas and we have similar fro yo places everywhere, so I wanted to take my sister her husband and kids when I found this place. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 kids and we wanted to try a few flavors to ensure they liked it before we bought it. Turns out here that they can't provide cups, they have to fill the tasting cups for you. I thought this was a bit ridiculous as I'm a grown adult and more then capable of filing a tasting cup. The women insisted she had to do it and then seemed upset when we kept asking her to allow someone to try something. Overall great location and product but craptastic policy regarding tasting cups. If I lived here is find another fro yo place. read more

Love the yogurt and many options for toppings but the staff never seems happy. It's always been young girls and they seem annoyed that I'm scooping toppings while they hover to basically take the scoops out of my hand. That may be necessary when rowdy and obnoxious customers flow through, but I don't appreciate it. Good product though. read more
