I have been here a few times and have been happy with the experience. I usually just pop in without appointment and usually get my gel nails serviced without a long wait. But this is mostly during weekdays when walk-in appointment is the best way to get your nails done in a jiffy. Each of the lady here is very experienced and so far i have had two different manicurists that worked on my nails and the result is very similar among them. I prefer to have different manicurists work on my nails each time because I like varieties. Personally, I still prefer Tina who has an unassuming personality with immense patience. I like that she takes her time to perfect each nail and my gel lasts a bit longer under her expertise hands. read more

I have come here twice. Both times with my mom -- I am not a nail fanatic, but we had weddings to attend. I got the gel manicure both times. We would come after work on weekdays, and we would get there around 5:30-5:45PM, and it's relatively open/empty. We get seated right away, and it takes about an hour, and then they close around 7PM or whenever we finish. It's a small shop, right next to the Aldi in that plaza. I believe all the workers are Vietnamese, so if you speak it, that should be a plus for you. They also give you a tiny bottle of water, which I thought was cute. They do not have OPI for gel nails, I don't believe. But they have a lot of shiny nail colors with glitter inside. They have a few of those chain sets of colors to choose from for gel. They have a bunch of colors, but not sure what company nail polish comes from so I don't know the quality (like I said, not a nail fanatic). I posted photos both times of my finished manicure -- both times pink with sparkles (I wanted to do something I couldn't do myself!). It's $25 for a gel manicure, and I don't know if they were just trying to persuade my mom to get a pedicure but it was only $7 additional for the pedicure? So I don't know if that's how much it costs on a regular basis. Gel nails are still in after about 2 weeks -- see photo I posted 2 weeks later. 3 weeks it starts getting chippy but all the nails are still in, hard to wash your hair cause it gets caught. I'm on 5 or 6 weeks right now, and I'm really just waiting for them to fall off. Some of them I just started peeling, which I'm sure I'm not suppose to do. For whatever reason, my mom's nails fell off shortly after 3 weeks or so? That's not normal from what I have seen? My mom thinks the nail polish is old or something? I would probably come back. My mom didn't have any huge complaints, but kind of worrisome that her gel nails came off so soon? Maybe my mom picks at it or something. I've been coming here for the past 5 years. It's $15 for a pedicure, an extra $5 for callous removal. $10 for manicure. I usually come about once a month to get a pedi. They have a huge selection of OPI colors (as well as other colors). I don't have a specific person I go to, I'm pretty open to whoever is available to do my pedi, because they all do a good job. It's a clean place. The massage chairs are a little outdate, and not always comfortable for a petite person like me. They have a stamp card, after 8 manis (or pedis), you get the 9th one free. read more

Kelly the technician that did my nails was really rude everytime I asked or said something about my nails, she got upset then she started talking to the other technician in their language and laughed. I have been coming to this establishment for almost 8 years and it is unfortunate for me to say that I won't be coming back. I came for a pedicure and a color change and they did such a terrible job. I am sorely disappointed. The nail technician told me my nails were dry only to have them be ruined as soon as I stepped outside. She seemed so inexperienced! She didn't offer me callous removal and when I got home, the heels of my feet were calloused still. The quality has been worse and they don't even put a decent amount of lotion. She only put a little lotion and half assed the massage and after she cleaned up the plastic bag with ware and her gloves had a ton of water which she proceeded to massage into my skin, ew gross. Go wash your hands or change gloves after you clean the foot bath. They are also extremely out of the way for me so I will not be driving out of my way for this place again. I came in for acrylic removal and gel manicure & pedicure. My visit started off great. Till when it came time to put polish on my nails I chose a color #749 (4 leave clover), I look down to my suprise she put a different color 748, she said she can put a totally different color over it. I said No I will choose another color as I did. Mind you this gel ! This took another 30 minutes to remove. Than I chose color jinx. She rushed paint the new color, after she was done I looked down at them again the top coat was only half on she didn't paint them all the way to the tip. At this point I have just broke down and cried. I came to this shop at 9am wanted try something different around the corner from my home and support small business. But my experience was terrible. She explained she was having a rough day. That made the both of us. She game me back my money. I didn't ask for my money back but it made sense. But I didn't go for a free service. Couple months ago, I had gel nails on and wanted a new color. I usually go to Pro Nails across the street but they were so busy I went over to Super Nails to ask them to remove the gel and do a gel mani. WORST MISTAKE EVER When I walked in, these ladies kept staring at me like I was an alien or something. One lady stood up and called me over to look at my nails. She was so confidant which made me feel a lil easier, until she started to RIP off the gel. I told her I wanted to sit and soak them in acetone like the other nail salons have me do but she responded with "I know what I'm doing". UUGGGGGHHHHHHHHH So for the next hour and tears coming out of my eyes from all the pain, I try not to look at my nails, hoping that would make me feel better, but that wasnt the case. I could feel the air on my nail bed because of how thin they were. I have very long thick nails which i ALWAYS get compliments on, but after having this crazy lady yank off my entire nail with pliers they looked DISGUSTING. Especially having giant holes in my nail! OK.. so after that whole ordeal was over, only thing I hoped for was for her to paint it so it would look somewhat decent. NOPE, that did not happen. first of all, i wanted gel, the lady actually argued with me on how regular polish would look better, last longer and dry faster than gel. ARE YOU SERIOUS???????? HOW DID YOU EVEN GET YOUR NAIL LICENSE LADY (if you even have one)???????? At this point i was completely ticked off. I just wanted her to paint so i could leave. As she was painting, i realize, SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO PAINT MY NAILS!!! wtf??? I could have done a better job painting my nails with my eyes closed. OBVIOUSLY this lady had no experience what-so-ever. Polish was all over my cuticles/skin and i had to tell her to clean it. By far, this is one of the WORST nail salons i have EVER gone to. 5 stars! I personally like the service and ladies here much better than Happy Nails or those bigger branches. The ladies there are always very nice to me and always get my nails done exactly how I want it. Black tips and a little flower with a nice shiny rhinestone. Granted, I haven't been here for a few months because it's a bit pricy, but work put out is worth every penny. I was previously a regular here, but since then have not been back in a bit (just toooo busy to pamper myself?) This place did not live up to all of the other reviews. I don't know if the ownership changed or what not but the service was not any better than any other normal nail salon, with the Vietnamese ladies all talking their language around you. The salon looks totally cheap. When I first peeped in the window I wasn't sure if I wanted to go in. But I thought I would give it a try and basically regretted it. The chairs for the spa pedicure are all falling apart. I tried the numerous buttons for the massage chair but the only one that worked was the Automatic button. I usually don't like the tap function (I'm more into kneading) and literally when on Auto, the tap function was so ridiculously strong that I couldn't read a magazine because I was shaking so hard. I had to turn it off. One big thing for me when getting a pedicure is how much they clean my cuticles because I'm prone to getting in-grown toe nails. So when I get my toes done, how well they clean my cuticles is always my biggest way of judging a place. The lady that did my nails did a shitty job. I have one toe that I feel an ingrown coming in and even after leaving there it still feels like I'll be getting it soon. To sum it up- the service was shitty, the actual nail job did not make any difference and I definitely won't be going back to this place again. read more

I have been coming here to see Kelly for over 5 years and I will never go anywhere else. She is one of the hardest working lady I know. And she has the gentlest hands. This is also a place not about up-selling you on every service. They are all such wonderful ladies here who takes their time and care. The nails last forever. I just started going to this nail salon on the recommendation of a friend. I have gotten my nails done by Kelly several times now. I used to go to another salon but will now only go to Kelly. I have never liked the way gel felt on my nails until going to her. She is an expert at it. The gel lasts forever and she does it so that it looks very natural. She's very gentle and thorough. The other nail technicians are also very nice. They always offer a a refreshment and friendly conversation. I highly recommend Super Nails One, especially Kelly the nail technician. I came in on a Thursday morning for a pedicure. The lady said it would be 10 minutes. I sat in the massage chair but they didn't start my water. After waiting for 30 minutes another lady walks in and they immediately sit her down and turn on her water. I waited to see if my water would be started but it wasn't. this place is so freaken awesome. ive probably been here like 6-7 times. the people are lovely and extremely nice. ive never really waited that long to get my nails done either. i remember once i came in and it was my birthday. the guy that works there blew up a balloon for me and completely embarrassed me, but it was pretty funny. i love that he askes you once you walk in the door if you would like a water or diet coke. the way he askes just cracks me up. but anyway, i get my nails done all the time, every 2 weeks, and i have to say it is one of my favorite spots. its comfortable, the service is great, friendly, relaxing, and affordable. my only complaint is they really take their time so give yourself some time if you have anywhere to go later. i definietely recommend this place. read more

This is a great little place. The spa pedicure chairs have the best deep tissue massagers in them. Better than any other pedicure chair (if you like deep tissue versus just vibrating). They also have flat screen TVs around that are almost always on the news. When you walk in the manager always immediately asks you if you'd like a diet coke or a bottle of water. They really make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. This place is very close to the pampering spa experience but without the glitz or expensive price. read more

So bummed. I always enjoyed coming here until this weekend. I finally got my dude to agree to get a pedi with me. He's a "mans man" and does not believe in beautifying himself with Pedi's or manicures. However, he's a mechanic and I promised him if he got a pedi they would give him a foot massage with it. Obviously, since he's on his feet all day, this appealed to him. Well, guess who got shit on their massage:( The woman, was very short with him in general, he got the extra callus remover because she asked and he didn't know what it was so he just said sure. All around she just did a poor job with him. Rushed the callus scrape, basically ditched the foot massage. I was so bummed, who knows if he'll ever agree to go with me again.
