She makes everyone she meets a friend she just doesn't know yet and put them in a truly british pub comfortable vibe. There was one incident where my wife had to return her food as it wasn't done properly, and Tracey jumped on it immediately and made sure to put it right in the kitchen. I feel like Tracey and I connected almost immediately and as much as I might sound bias, I am trying to remain as impartial as I can. Tracey might not be the face and the glitter of the pub but her hard working mindset and smile sure is the backbone in my opinion. She rarely stops as she is so dedicated to her work and her customers. She's a true asset to the place and if the pub is smart, they will keep her on staff for many years to come.
