I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but they took me immediately, regardless of how busy it was. The only downside was that regardless of checking in, they were not aware of which pedicure I was having and missed the detox water upgrade until later in the pedicure. Kim was my pedicure extraordinaire and was absolutely lovely. I thought she was very skilled, considerate and had a gentle, caring way of doing the pedicure. The detox pedicure includes a foot soak, nail trimming, shaping, buffing, and cuticle grooming. In addition you receive callus removal on dry heels, orange slices with a collagen sugar scrub, a collagen mask and a collagen lotion massage. It's quite luxurious if I say so myself. I truly felt pampered! I opted to have nail polish instead of gel (gel is a $13 increase in price, which I felt was steep), which looked great. They will keep you waiting in the chair for 15-20 minutes for it to dry though.
