I think this is a new location, I liked that I was able to book everything through the app and change the time to a more convenient slot same day, (just try to be reasonable and reschedule within a timely manner.) The whole place is spotless, such a cute shop I love it in there! The woman at the front desk was very helpful, super nice, and knew her info! Thanks to her clear knowledge about memberships and explaining oh-so well, I am now a member with S + B. Molly was my esthetician for today and was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. She made sure I was doing alright the entire time and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The process itself was not as painful as other waxing methods which I loved and there was no residue leftover from the process. Very quick and easy from when I walked in until I walked out.
