I love this place! I get tanned here pretty often & am always happy with the outcome. Twice some issues came up: 1: I was once over-charged $60, a total accident. I called and let them know and they gave me $90 back for the inconvenience. Great customer service! I wasn't even mad at all but they exceeded my expectations 2: My tan is a bit splotchy this time and I called to see what could be done. The staff was super friendly thats why I gave it any stars at all but honestly would rather spend my money else where! I've been getting Brazilian sugared for the past few months and its always grown back very thin. My friends suggested to give Sugar n Bronzed a try so I did and honestly regret it to the point I probably won't even be using my free Sugar (since its by 1 get 1 free). I was in and out of the room within 5 minutes which was kind of concerning considering there was still more hair left to be removed after she claimed it was all done and after a couple weeks it grew back thick/stubbly as if I had just shaved. Not sure why the outcome was like this but sadly it was. All I am saying is if you are going to be spending good money then you would expect to get your moneys worth. read more

I came to Sugared and Bronzed for the first time yesterday. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and let's just say it is getting more difficult to groom myself. Lol. I had never done sugaring before and I had no idea what to expect. Before I was pregnant, I was a regular waxer and always found waxing to be a bit painful. Sugaring was such a pleasant surprise!!! I have been to sugared + bronzed around 5-10 times and am typically pretty satisfied with my spray tan. However, I am typically not satisfied with how I am treated by the workers. I loved it! It was my first time ever having hair removal (down there)! I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect! I think the woman who helped me was Caroline, but I was so nervous I didn't remember her name! She was so gentle and talked to me the entire time! Laughed with me and made me feel so comfortable! A great, healthier alternative to spending hours in the sun. The customer service is on point, and they do a great job explaining everything you need to know and answering all your questions. The first time I went, I didn't know what to expect and didn't go quite as dark as I would have liked. They were super accommodating when I called the next day and were able to go a shade darker for me. If you're looking for a great place to go, definitely drop by. I didn't know a spray tan could be such an amazing experience! Ive only had stinky and sticky versions. Bronzed is fresh, smells great and a true boutique CDM experience. I have stopped tanning in direct sun and get bronzed regularly to even out my skin tone and to achieve the perfect tan. I recently started sugaring with Morgan and I love it!
