I don't understand all the positive reviews. My tan lasted like 5 days and started to separate like I have never seen before. The color was super orangey and looked horrible. I also was not sprayed evenly all over even after I told them to double check me. It was very overpriced for a mediocre product. I definitely will not be going back again. read more

This is my new go-to place. Their formula promises No Oompa Loompa orange and the girls are very professional and take their time in the application to ensure you're not a streaky mess. I'm not a huge tanning person but will do it for certain occasions. Have had bad results in the past but always good results here. There's some street parking with meters (do not let your meter expire!) some neighborhood 2 hour parking free and a small lot behind Montana Ave side of building. Skilled, helpful staff. Good color. They are always on schedule - I've been many times & never had to wait. Love this place for tanning! Staff is super friendly and helpful and explains the entire process. The new client special is amazing (yay for a free tan!) I've done both medium and light and I must say if you already have a natural base tan get the light, its super dark! I looks very natural although, I still feel like it has an orange tint to it. The only downside I would say, the normal tan comes off on EVERYTHING right after, so if you sleep with the tan on overnight (which I did) it comes off on your sheets, clothes, and basically anything you touch which wasn't fun. If you don't sleep for 12 hours and shower before bed, then it might work better. The only other downside is as it fades, it cracks and leaves certain areas splotchy (like where you sweat behind your knees and under your elbows) but if you exfoliate before you may not have this issue. Make sure to give it at least two weeks in between, the first tan has to fade completely for the second one to come out properly. Enjoy! read more

I previously had a great 5 star experience here but feel compelled to write about my most recent experience so that others may be fairly warned ! My legs are covered in the sugar water and after over 40 minutes the esthetician still had not finished the wax. Furthermore it was extremely painful . The sugar water today was too hot so the entire process broke down . They offered to have me come back later today to see someone else but if the sugar water doesn't work it seems pointless . I highly recommend Honey Wax in Brentwood if you are looking for an alternative ! I was excited about Sugared and Bronzed but one Long, painful, bad hair removal experience is enough . read more

I love Sugared + Bronzed! My post vacay spray tan is just the right shade and lasts about 8-10 days for me. I love the way it looks especially in photos and that I don't have to be out in the sun all the time to achieve the look. I've had 3 different ladies spray on the color and they were all super friendly and helpful with what to do and when to shower and also how to use soap to eventually remove the rest of the color when it starts fading in about a week or more. I would definitely recommend Sugared + Bronzed because they are friendly, efficient and use ingredients that I feel comfortable putting on my skin. read more

I was an airbrush tanning virgin the first time I went to Bronzed Airbrush Tanning and I must admit I was SUPER nervous. I had visions of ending up bright orange and had serious anxiety about being tanned by some creepy old guy. But I was headed on a girls trip to Vegas and felt like I was seriously lacking in the tan department...so I decided to take a chance. Luckily Bronzed Airbrish Tanning lived up to it's YELP reviews. The owner was very professional and did a great job! No streaks and I in no way resembled an oompa loompa. I loved it so much I went back for a second round before my trip and brought my roommate to get tanned too. I am so disappointed in Sugared & Bronzed. After all the great reviews I was so excited to try it. But it was awful! Please save your money and don't go here! Across the street is a wonderful sugaring place. Please go there! Right from the start my experience was awful. The place is small, old and dirty! I walked in about 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver, which really asked no pertinent information. For example that I was pregnant! Then I sat down and waiting for my appointment which already started 15 minutes late! Not to mention while I waited the front desk staff was just sitting there gossiping with each other (just very unprofessional all around). Then the actual service, my tech was very inexperienced (I think this was her first day on the job and she even told me 4 months ago she didn't know what sugaring was!) she had no control over the sugar (sugar even ended up on the walls) she was very slow, missed tons of spots, and even melted sugar onto my pedicure. I just wanted to go home and shower and shave, which is unacceptable after paying $175! I left feeling sticky, sweaty (the place was a hot box!) and totally ripped off. Oh not to mention they automatically add an 18% gratuity on the card. I guess there is no other way for them to get tips for such bad service! I wasn't going to say anything, just never return. Be the next morning I got a text message asking me how my service was. So of course I replied. It took them more than 30 hours to respond to me which consisted of a phone call asking if I wanted to come back for a complimentary touch up? Why would I want to come back to a place that is so awful! Thanks but no thanks! read more

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this place! The staff go above and beyond for you and are so incredibly nice. The shop was adorable and clean which is important. My tan is AMAZING!!! The color is gorgeous and it didn't both my super sensitive skin at all. There was literally no drying time either, as soon as she had finished spraying it was fine to get dressed right away, I was so happy not having to stand around and wit to dry.
