She didn't ask many questions after, but hey, I'm not picky with my brows, I just want them to look nice and even, and she definitely delivered! The service was fantastic throughout! Also, at the end, she put some soothing aloe and gave me a temple massage -- it was so lovely :). They have a loyalty punch card so you can get a free wax after coming 7+ times I believe. First of all, it was so happy to see that they had some same day appointment availability! Why that may not always be the case, some booking systems will still only show starting next day. I also loved that their menu had a lot of options, including more than one type of Brazilian to book. When I showed up to my appointment, I checked in and filled out some basic, new client information. I was then taken to my room with my waxer promptly after. They use hard wax here which many people prefer, but for me hurts the most. But I don't really care what is used as long as they're hygienic, quick, effective and will not spawn in-grown hairs. My waxer was quick, thorough and one week out...things are still looking good! As a bonus, first time clients got a significant discount which made me even happier about my experience. While my experience before check out was already excellent, that was just icing on the cake. Overall, I left very impressed and will definitely return again in the future!

The only one that went right was the upper lip wax. Eyebrow threading - I woke up with little scabs underneath one of the brows. This has never happened to me before. I don't have a lot of eyebrow, let's get that clear, but I do know they could have been shaped better. Other places I've been too may take an extra minute or two to make sure the shape is perfect. This was super quick and you can tell. Bikini Wax - I get this type of wax all the time, I've got a wax lady and god do I regret cheating on her. The lady literally left me bleeding. I have NEVER bled before. And she had the audacity to tell me that my skin is sensitive and that this is normal. Maybe it is, but I have definitely never bled before. Like... what the hell?! The wax wasn't even super clean so I had to go back in a day or two later to fix it up a little. Safe to say I will not be going back and I genuinely couldn't even try to pretend to recommend it. There are other places with similar prices that I'm sure will do a better job.

I`ve been struggling to find a place that i love to do my usual Brazlian and after months of settling with the local EWC, i found Suite Tee. I've had my hair washed and styled professionally for many years, and the service we received here was simply not up to standard. I was charged extra for the hair wash, which I found surprising as this is normally included in a wash and blow-dry. On another occasion, at a salon next door, we received the same service without an additional wash charge. My daughter was also asked to comb her own hair because it was tangled, while the stylist repeatedly commented on her hair and the overall approach felt very unprofessional. My own hair was even more disappointing. I specifically asked for some volume, and a powder was applied which left my hair and scalp looking completely white. I was attending a wedding and, throughout the event, people were asking me why my hair looked white. It was extremely embarrassing. The final bill was also far higher than expected. We paid $195 for two wash and blow-drys whereas another salon charged us $133 for essentially the same service. I also found the card/convenience charges excessive. Overall, I would not recommend Mystique 2 for hair services or beauty treatments based on my experience. Perhaps they are better known for threading and waxing, but I would personally avoid having your hair done here. Very disappointing, especially when visiting for an important occasion and expecting a simple, professional wash and blow-dry.
