It was so bad that I ended up having the Four Seasons Spa scrub it off during my massage because of how bad it looked. I have never had to remove a spray tan immediately after getting one. I have had plenty of spray tans over the years, so I understand they can vary, but this was on a whole other level. I genuinely never felt or looked worse after a beauty appointment. Within five minutes, she called me back with the name of a salon in California. They went above and beyond without knowing me. They were honest with me as to what the results would look like if I did it a week ahead of time, even if it meant losing the business. When I do decide to use a tanning salon in New York, this will be the only place I will be calling. This is old school customer service at its best!

Since their operating hours are the usual business hours, I had to come on my lunch break. According to the reviews, it usually takes about 15 mins in and out. My appointment was at 1:15, I arrived at 1:10, but I think the person before me started late so Natalie couldn't take me in until 1:25. Ten minute wait time is not terrible at all, but since I snuck out on my lunch - time is of the essence! The whole process took about twenty mins in total, including getting in and out of clothes. I made the mistake of thinking I can get waxing done after a couple of days, but Natalie said no - unless it's for the girl downstairs. Other than that no waxing any other body parts. I do not have the greatest body and standing butt naked in front of a stranger was almost as uncomfortable as can be imagined. But Natalie had NO wandering eyes, maintained eye contact with me the entire time. (Bless you for that) Shes very polite, it was in and out really. I took off one star because of the receptionist. Natalie said no bra after spraying, and of course I didn't have a bag on me. So I went out of the room holding onto my bra....I asked the girl in front for a bag and she looked like she was not having it. (LOL) I then paid and then she tried to sell me a package.. 5 for $495 or 1 for $69.. (I might've heard wrong and I hope I did) because 5 single times is $345 so I'm not sure how the 5 for $495 would be a "package deal" exactly. And when she said bye, she looked like she was grieving for someones death. (my condolences if you really were) The girl she was training smiled and greeted me bye. LOL if you're not in the state to do customer service, maybe you should take a 5 min breather. Nonetheless, i would come back. Natalie was great. This tan looks great and super natural.

The sessions are appropriately priced. My only criticisms are I wish I could just press the start button inside the bed instead of having to wait for the lights to come on or pressing the blue button that's on the wall. It would also be convenient to be able to keep a bottle of lotion there but I get it. Space is a premium and people leave it and probably forget they left it there. Other than that it's pretty good. I haven't done the spray in this location so I can't review it. But they do offer it along with red light therapy in what looks like a giant shell.

The tan experience was fine, it's a no frills place and I was expecting it to be a bit nicer given the price (~$72). They're fast and you're basically in and out. I found my tan developed fast and I followed their protocol to a T afterwards to get the best tan outcome I could. The tan came out kind of streaky and uneven, which I could only chalk up to applier error. It looked like she was very heavy handed higher on my arms and then got lighter handed further down. My biggest complaint is the SMELL. I literally stunk like chemicals and BO from this tan. Idk if it was just my skin reacting to it or what but no amount of showering or good smelling soap/perfume made it go away. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.

I walked in and was seen within 5 minutes, stripped down and explained what I wanted lighter on the face and a bit darker on the bottom. Stephanie listened and understood my request making me feel comfortable and ensuring that it came out perfect. The next day is my flight and everything thing seemed to come nice tan made it without spotting. Just one thing stood out and that was my neck was a bit too dark which I was able to correct almost to perfection. I will use them again no bells and whistles true but I was satisfied with the spray tan.
