As soon as we walked in, Marlin actually remembered her and jumped right in to help again, which honestly blew us away. I was trying to exchange an item for the exact same item. The reason for the exchange was that the pants I received as a gift were a much shorter fit than the same model I've bought before. I wasn't asking for a refund -- I simply wanted to exchange them for the same style in a normal fit. Because I didn't have the receipt or tag, I was told I couldn't make the exchange. The customer service was poor, and the manager, Raul, was not helpful. Considering how much they charge for their clothing, a much higher level of customer service is expected.
