Been here countless times and they do rotated the floor plan couple or several times per yr (I…read morebelieved) since everything I came in, I have to go and search for the items I needed. There are signs but for me it's fun to go hunting and consider my daily workout.. the place is big, with big parking lot. The store is clean and well organized and with staff everywhere so if you need help, just ask one of them. Prices are reasonable and of course it's Target so they have almost everything for household essentials plus garden plus animals and seasonal holidays. Did the self checkout so easy and fast. Overall, enjoyed my time shopping here.

This is the WORST Target I've ever been to. Even the Targets in the "rougher" neighborhoods are…read morebetter than this one. The number one, biggest problem is, by far, their stock issues. I go in with a shopping list of 10 items and I'll be lucky to actually be able to leave with 5 of the products I need. This is all across the board - not a single department/section is immune to the almost completely bare shelves. Some examples: *The shelf compartments of makeup brushes - There are 20-30 different types of brushes on display. About 5 are actually available. And of those 5 different types, there's literally just ONE of each brush. The rest of the slots are completely empty. *Leggings/tights - the wall is, without exaggeration, appx. 75% empty. The extremely limited selection that DOES exist is of the only sizes L/XL. So if that's not your size, you don't get ANYTHING. *Kitchen tools/accessories - again, about 75% bare with no products. I could go on for every department. I really could. Oh - and half the time when their app/website says they have an item in stock, it's NOT actually in stock. And not just when it says there's ONE. No - the site will say there are 5 or 6 of a specific product (most recently, Downy Wrinkle Release is what I needed) and there are actually ZERO in stock. The employees are awful. If you are actually ABLE to find someone to ask for help, they act like a deer in headlights or just flat out annoyed that they have to actually help a customer. And 90% of the time they can't answer my question anyway. If I ask where an item is located, the answer is usually "Yeah... I'm not sure...." When it comes to the cashiers, there are a few that are actually pretty polite and efficient, but the majority of them have the same annoyed attitude as the employees on the floor. Half the time they don't even say "Hi." If you have to return something and go to customer service, be prepared to stand at that counter for a good while with no one behind it. And while you're standing there waiting for someone to notice you, at least 5 employees will walk by - go behind the customer service area, then come back out, and they won't say a word or acknowledge you in any way. I get that those employees are probably not customer service, but they COULD at least say "Let me get someone to help you out." Nope. That would be asking waaaaaay too much. Awful store. Awful service. But I could honestly deal with all the other crap if they at least HAD ANYTHING IN STOCK EVER. Typical corporation that's gotten too big for its britches and doesn't give a rat's a$$ about the customers that are that reason for its existence and success.

I think this Kohl's is a pretty solid department store to shop at. The pluses are:…read more - It is massive with two stories' worth of items. - The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The few times I've had an issue, they took care of it right away. - The prices are reasonable for most items. - The selection is wide. My main criticisms would be that 1) they have limited dressing room space for a department store of their size, and the fitting rooms are usually full of tried-on items, and 2) that employees are required to give you a small sales pitch for the Kohl's credit card each time of purchase. Otherwise, it's usually a great experience. I can regularly find items on sale for my whole family.

When it was my turn to move up, Vickie ( the employee) called out "can I help you?" In a not so friendly tone. I proceeded to walk up to her counter and her frown felt through her face mask. I asked her how her day was and no answer. So I repeated myself again and no answer. I guess she wasn't having a good day, then I proceeded with the awkward interaction of showing her my QR code and giving her my Amazon return. I can't help but feel bad for her. Anyway, I love this location at Bella Terra. There's plenty of parking on the Edinger lot. The store always seems clean and uncluttered. They're always having sales and you feel like you're getting a great deal.

Target runs, Target pickups, and honestly Target in general are a weekly must for me. This Target…read more at Westminster Mall is a two story store, and once you're familiar with what's upstairs vs. downstairs, it makes a huge difference in how you park and shop. If I'm only grabbing a few things from the main (downstairs) floor, I'll park downstairs and be in and out. But if I'm doing a full shopping trip that requires both floors, I always park upstairs. In my experience, there's usually more parking up there, and it just makes everything easier. My personal system: park upstairs, grab a cart, go downstairs to start my shopping, then head back upstairs to finish, check out, and exit all on the top level. It saves time and avoids unnecessary back and forth. Just a little tip that's worked really well for me. I also want to shout out one employee who always helps check me out, she is seriously the sweetest. She's incredibly kind and patient whenever I'm price matching or price checking and never makes me feel rushed. I've dealt with other cashiers in the past who seemed irritated by price matching, so her attitude truly stands out. I didn't catch her name this time, but I know I'll see her again, and next time I do, I'll make sure to mention her by name here. She really goes above and beyond and is just so dope. Overall, this Target is clean, well organized, and pretty well stocked most of the time. The only real issue I notice is during Christmas, when things sell out quickly but that's kind of expected. Other than that, I genuinely love this Target and will keep coming back.
