To drink, my kids were able to get juice boxes (apple and fruit punch). I got the iced dulce de leche latte, which was pretty good though had a little bit of a different flavor that took some getting used to. My wife got the Maine maple latte, which she said was really good. Being dedicated gluten free, they definitely have some challenges, especially with baked goods, that most places don't have to deal with, so I'm willing to cut some slack here. All in all, there's definitely some gems here but other things could use a little work. We'll definitely go back but maybe not our first choice to go out of the way for.

Maybe it was the coffee, maybe it was the addition of sugar free vanilla, but I didn't drink it. The ceilings are extremely high. They most definitely should have some noise-dampening panels or something to make it a bit quieter in there. There was a family there when I went that was treating this small coffee shop as a daycare, which made my experience even more disappointing. The screams were echoing throughout the cafe, and I ended up sitting outside for peace and fresh air. The outside seating area is nice. Overall, not a great first experience for me, but maybe their food is better than the coffee?

It was absolutely perfect and very different from the Americanized chai most of us are used to. Exactly what I was hoping for. Then came the Avocado Toast... and let me just say, this was not your basic avocado toast. Avocado, chaat masala, chili oil, marinated red onion, coriander-mint chutney and a perfectly fried egg. SO GOOD. They were busy busy, so I ended up taking mine to go. That 15-minute drive home was basically an exercise in self-control because I could smell it the entire way. But the toast held up beautifully, and that egg?! The yolk was still perfectly runny. Pure bliss. Because they were so busy, I did feel a little rushed when ordering, so the avocado toast was the obvious safe choice. But while I stood waiting for my order, I had plenty of time to do what any respectable food lover would do... scope out everyone else's food as it came out. Not too sweet, with lots of filling. The crust was flaky with a little sugar sprinkled on top, which made it even better. They offer to cut the pie for you if you're dining in so it can come out nice and pretty. For my fellow allergy folks: there's no egg in the pie! Nice little stop if you're in the area. One thing to note: it was pretty hot inside. They also have outdoor seating, but by noon there was barely any shade, so brace yourself if you plan to sit outside!

New seasonal drinks every month or two, and they are all so tasty! Staff are excellent, warm and friendly, you can tell they enjoy working with each other.
