The size of the sandwich, the quality of the sandwich, the quick service from a polite staff and the rustic country atmosphere.

Ordered from here twice. Excellent sandwiches both times and the pastries are amazing. So glad to have them in the neighborhood!

The 'Holy Donut' feels like a 'must try' for foodies who live in, or visit, Maine. Famous for their…read morepotato donuts, the quality is absolutely reliable and excellent. They clearly use excellent ingredients, that really help prevent overly saccharine donuts. Their seasonal varieties provide a good number of new flavors to try. That said, their sweet donuts overshadow what I would argue is their best donut: the savory bacon cheddar! Their description of "ooey, gooey, cheesey and delicious" is spot on for this one. I also generally recommend the maple bacon, triple C (caramel, coconut, and chocolate), and trying one of the fruity holy canoli. While all locations are clean, very friendly, and professional, I especially recommend the Scarborough location. The drive-through and reduced foot-traffic (compared to the Portland locations) can make it faster to drive there on a busy day than wait in the Portland lines! Scarborough also has good parking, WiFi, and a comfortable place to sit. I get the feeling that this business treats their employees well and cares about things like local ingredients.

I also got an iced vanilla latte - thoroughly enjoyed the latte! Four adults and a toddler sampled a bunch of donuts - sounds like the start of a terrible joke...These are my notes on all of the donuts and not a consensus from the group, in no particular order. Woopie pie: 4 stars - good flavor and texture, nice way to begin this sampling experience. Bacon cheddar fried donut: 5 stars - delicious, amazing flavor, served hot, good distribution of fillings; would gladly have this again! Margarita: 3 stars - definitely taste the salt and lime, little bit of tequila as well; glad I experienced this, not something I'll go back for. Key lime holy cannoli: 5 stars - love the texture of the donut, light and fluffy, good lime flavor and enjoyed the cannoli cream. Creme brulee: 3 stars - good flavor, the crystallized chunks of sugar were a nice touch; I had high hopes, and it was alright but not life changing - that's on me. Maple: 3 stars - typical maple donut, not overwhelming with flavor but definitely knew it was maple. Maple bacon: 4 stars - lots of bacon, almost balanced by the maple. Blueberry lemon: 5 stars - really great lemon flavor to the glaze, blueberry flavor comes through the donut nicely; looking forward to having this again! Vanilla holy cannoli: 5 stars - again, love the texture of the donut, classic flavor with the cannoli cream; I would gladly eat a whole one of these! Chocolate sea salt: 3 stars - good chocolate flavor, didn't get much of the sea salt coming through. Pomegranate: 4 stars - very sweet, good amount of pomegranate flavor; could not eat a whole one as it would be too sweet for me. Honey lavender: 5 stars - mmm, honey and lavender partnered nicely, sweet but not obnoxiously so, loved how well the lavender flavor came through; I very much so enjoy botanicals in sweet treats and lattes. Toasted coconut: 5 stars - deliciously sweet coconut taste, nostalgic flavor of something my grandma use to make, I really enjoyed it! Such a fun way to bond with friends and spend a relaxing morning on vacation! Would gladly get donuts here again, and now that i know my favorites, I can be more intentional with my order next time

I will say this review is not factoring in food as we did not order any so maybe that's where they shine the brightest. Being located on Route 1 I suspect make them a popular spot for tourists to visit. Plenty of parking available which is a plus and they do have a drive thru too. The overall vibes inside are kinda your typical coffee shop that serves food. Nothing off putting but also nothing that sets them apart or makes it memorable. When we stepped inside the line for ordering was about just as far as it could stretch inside and we had an extremely long wait to place our order. The staff definitely seemed overwhelmed and an extra person or two would have went a long way. Drink wise we liked the sound of their specials but unfortunately they were out of blueberry flavoring so chocolate covered blueberry latte was not available. Very disappointing. My wife ended getting the Lemon Cookie Latte and I got the S'mores Latte. Both drinks were just kind of alright and lacked flavor as much as many other spots we have been to. The drinks were at least made quickly. Disappointing enough experience with so many coffee options in the area that we likely won't return.

Today was finally that day we did. Street parking nearby was easy and while not busy it had friendly patrons who were hitting it off and making friends, showing it to be a friendly inviting space. The staff greeted us right away with a smile. We came down for the Mocha Madness event they were doing. My wife loves mocha so it was a no brainer. For this week they have 8 different mocha drinks available and each is going head to head bracket style and winners are based on sales. Great concept and many great flavors to pick from. My wife ended up picking the Rose Mocha and I got the Hazelnut Mocha. If we were more local we would have made a plan to try them all and actually determine our favorite of the 8. We also grabbed a bag of coffee beans to enjoy at home! They also had a local candle maker selling his candles so a great example of local supporting local. If you find yourself in the Biddeford/Saco area I highly recommend checking out Time & Tide. Great vibes with high quality coffee.

This morning, my wife and I finally planned to go check out their space for the first time. What more could you truly ask for than a cafe/coffee shop meets bookstore meets beer bar! My wife is more of an avid reader than I am so she enjoyed the book aspect more. They have a large menu of offerings drink wise with everything you'd expect from a coffee shop. I do wish they did a rotating seasonal special drink menu, as places usually have one or more great sounding drinks on those. Both my wife and I settled on an iced blueberry latte. Overall it had hints of blueberry and tasted more like milk than anything. Would not be rushing back for it specifically that's for sure. Food wise they have some in-house baked goods as well as bagels from Rose Foods and corssiants from Little Spruce Baking. My wife got a plain bagel with cream cheese while I grabbed a chocolate croissant. I did mess up by not requesting it be warmed up but it was still delicious! Will be finding more spots that have goodies from Little Spruce. The bagel was also tasty. Book wise my wife enjoyed browsing but did not find any books she needed to grab. She did enjoy reading a couple chapters of her current book while we sat by the large windows (good spot for world watching outside). We enjoyed our visit but have other spots we would be happier to visit again.

Plenty of parking available which is great and you will first notice it has rustic vibes from the outside. Inside is a little less rustic but still has the perfect feel/vibes. Cozy and inviting with lots of art on the walls. They have a number of bar stools, a few tables then a couple comfy couches to enjoy your food/drinks. Even with the snowy weather they were busy but we snagged a spot on one of the couches. I got their normal latte and my wife got their Maple Weekend special Spiced Maple Latte. Both were phenomenal and they use Milkweed Coffee Roasters. Which they are a spot that uses and supports local and makes a lot of their own things as well. Food wise we each got one of their sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on an English muffin. Again even the sausage was locally made and you could tell the English muffin was freshly made. We got them with goat cheese and pesto and they were the perfect breakfast sandwich, so much flavor! These would be absolute must try and in combination with their drinks are worth visiting for! I can't wait to return and get another sandwich and/or try even more food! Such a unique and welcoming cafe that also offers all your apothecary needs!
