I've been having my 2013 Honda Civic Si serviced and tires replaced at Sullivan Tire in Hanover for the past five years. Yesterday I had a complete brake repair - pads, rotors and calipers - on rear wheels due to rusted calipers. Because I had had pads and rotors replaced just under two years ago, they comped those parts to me and the total cost was less than half of what I'd expected. I've been to this location a couple times with different cars and had great experiences. Most recently, had my car towed here due to a flat tire. They were able to order a new one for same day delivery, but didn't end up needing it, since it was a newer tire and could just patch it. Low tire pressure light came on today while I was driving home. I got off the highway and pulled into Sullivan Tire. They had my truck inside before I knew, the staff was polite courteous and professional. The employee at the counter was relatable and easy to talk to. Horrible my car is on stock wheels and tires with small spacers. Just wanted new wheels and tires mounted and balanced with an alignment. NO WHERE on their site or anywhere does it say anything about not touching vehicles with spacers. I brought the vehicle to them hoping to have it done by the weekend only to get a phone call telling me they won't do it. I have run spacers for years and have taken the wheels on and off multiple times without issue. Complete waste of time especially considering I needed the car done and now can't use it. read more

I went in expecting to spend approximately $5kajillion on a new rim and tire. I had a horrible flat, and a bent rim. This being the icing on the cake of a horrible Monday, they could have sold me literally anything, and I would have paid it. But as it turns out these are honest guys and although the rim was bent, it was repairable. They fixed it, and the cost was minimal. Thankful that I didn't have to dip into the emergency car repair funds and for the quick and painless service! Nice job guys! You rock! read more

I'm never disappointed by my experiences at Sullivan Tire in Norwell. Same goes for my visit to the Hanover location. I had a tire which needed repair. George/his team said they could try to repair it but it was unlikely and prob not worth $50 labor charge. One of the few places that is genuinely looking out for its consumer. And friendly to boot. The good & the bad. The Bad: First, you receive a quote from a central operator. When you come into the shop, the quote is inflated with alignment, road side assistance, etc, some of which I don't need and they have to delete it from the bill. The Good: And it's mostly all good. First, the Kumho tires I wanted for my class b RV was in stock---and 215/75R15 are hard to come by. Other companies didn't have them in stock and I'd have to pony up an additional $70 "delivery fee." Second, they loaded my rig right up even though I was early for my appt. Third, I was informed that my tie rods were so rusted (damn east coast weather) that they couldn't perform an alignment and would deduct the service from my bill. This was truly very honest of them. There are companies out there that would've just said they did it and pocketed the $...and who would be the wiser? I commend Sullivan's honesty. I'd do business with them again while I'm in the vicinity. read more
