Soft. Supple. Sooooo much Flavor!!!! While staying in Brevard, we happened upon Sully's. I intend to eat every sandwich they have before leaving in 3 days. I've made a bagel sandwich with toasted bagels before. You take a bite, and the fillings get squeezed out from between the bagel and on to your plate. But Sully changed everything by steaming the sandwich!!! Biting into it does not meet resistance, because the steamed bagel yields to your teeth, actually allowing the fillings to stay in the sandwich. Not that it's not still messy. One could not eat a sandwich packed with the fillings these did and come away without using at least a dozen napkins!! I got the California Steamin, which included bacon, egg, veggie cream cheese, and avocado. Packed to the nines. I wanted to kick it up a notch, so I chose the jalapeño cheddar bagel. That cream cheese and avocado did a number on my mustache and beard, let me tell you what. My Dining Partner chose the Ridgeline, which seems to be unique to the Brevard location. This thing was loaded with Turkey, Bacon, Cheddar & Colby Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sprouts, Veggie Cream Cheese & Mayo. I'm sorry I didn't take a better picture of how much was in this thing. We normally split everything in half, so that we can taste what each other is eating and it was delicious!! So I'm sorry I'm putting this place above the other "local" places, but I was blown away. We live in BREVARD, and sometimes just need a quick bite to eat. Salice is a perfect place for our whole family from ages to all the way up to 10. My husband and I also love the sandwiches. It is hard to find fast food that is healthy, and the Vulcan sandwich which is vegan and made with their homemade hummus, is my favorite! Not your grandmas bagel joint! my father in law lives in Brevard and we visit several times a year and this is always a highlight of our trip! the bagel options are numerous and the sandwiches/ingredients are always phenomenal. my only regret is I can't eat all of them at once. I've lived here my entire life and if there's one thing Brevard lacks, it's variety in places to eat. Not anymore!! Great place to grab a quick bite. I had never had a steamed bagel sandwich before I came here. Huge selection of bagels and sandwiches. No sides except chips, pickles, and cookies. Very clean restrooms and there are public tables just outside where you can eat. The Partidge Family chicken salad is a bit weird after it comes out of the steamer just because I'm used to cold chicken salad. I'm assuming they won't steam your sandwich if you ask them not to. read more

This was my first visit and it won't be my last. I'd never heard of, or eaten, a steamed bagel sandwich, so I was a bit leery of what that might be like. But I'm very glad that I took the leap and tried it. I had "The Hulk," which is turkey, pepperoni, salami, onions (purple, not white), provolone, cheddar and Italian (dressing, I presume). The sandwich was much bigger than I expected, and the taste was a treat for my tastebuds. It was an excellent sandwich. And they have several others that I'd like to try now. Some of the sandwich names will also get you to chuckle. The restaurant was clean and has a nice vibe to it. The staff was very friendly. The one thing I'd do different the next time is to get the combo deal. This time I just got the sandwich and a drink. But it's a better deal, financially, to get the combo which includes the drink AND a choice of a cookie, chips, big pickle or banana (love how they threw in a "healthy" choice option - not that I'll be getting the banana ...but nice that they provide the option). The person taking the order forgot to tell me that I had to get the cookie on my own which I did not know and only noticed after having left, so I had to return to get what I paid for. As for the bagel, the taste was good (Jalapeno) but it was the driest bagel with hummus I have ever eaten. The amount of hummus was paper thin and left much to be desired. I was so disappointed. I went there because I saw 4 star reviews. The pro is that the staff was friendly and efficient, but I went for the food which was a huge disappointment. The bagels are not toasted, they are steamed which translated to soft, wet and in my opinion awful. I had to purchase another bagel, to try and salvage my lunch. That bagel was cold.
