There was no wait for a weekday at 10am. We sat at their covered outdoor dining area. They have an expansive indoor dining area too. Our server was prompt, friendly, and attentive. When a place is making food with this much care, I'm fine waiting a bit. I live in Chicago and would be thrilled to have a place like this near me.
