From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful and welcoming staff, all full of smiles. The office itself is clean and organized, with a cozy waiting area that made me feel right at home. Upon entering my exam room, I discovered a lovely welcome gift waiting for me, which added a nice personal touch to my visit. Although I don't generally have fear of dental visits, Maria offered me comfort items like a blanket, water, a stress ball, neck pillow, and more--making the experience even more enjoyable. My hygienist, Camille, was exceptional--her gentle approach and calming tone put me at ease immediately. She maintained great communication throughout the entire visit, which I really appreciated. The X-rays were easy to manage, and they also took regular photos of my teeth for before-and-after treatment purposes and chart references. The cleaning process was fantastic; my teeth feel incredibly clean and happy after my visit. Overall, I want to extend a big thank you to everyone at Monroe Smiles for making my first appointment such a wonderful experience!

She first showed me around the clinic and introduced me to the dentist via pictures and handed me a welcome gift. My Hygienist was Kristi and OMG, she probably spoiled it for the rest of them because my expectations are very high now lol. She was just simply superb. The way she communicated was amazingly clear and the way she translated my findings to the Dentis was to the tee. My Dentist was Dr. Carlson. I must be getting old because she seemed so young lol. Very nice Dr. She also communicated everything nicely to me. All together I am happy to say that I found a new dentist. the only feedback I have is with the high cost of getting things done I was offered a plan to break up the cost, but I think it was more like a credit card of some sort. She did say she would not pull my credit and that if she did it would be a soft pull but not until I looked up the payment plan. Of course I declined it immediately since the interest rate was 33%. I think they need to offer better options like my old dentist. They offer to break up the plan without having to apply for credit. But, everything was very satisfactory. I am glad to have found a nice, clean, modern and friendly dentist.

Went for a cleaning they said x ray and exam is mandatory and the cleaning with new patient special is 300.00 they said I needed a DEEP cleaning which I was okay with yet they told me to reschedule and proceeded to charge me 200.00 for wasting an hour and a half of my time to take pictures and x rays and tell me 1440.00 next time unless I spend 100.00 on their bogus plan to get 20% off my NEXT visit when I wasn't offered even the regular cleaning. Total scam feeling which is unfortunate because the dentist seemed so sweet but no one informed me of how the appointment was going to go or that I wouldn't be able to get a regular cleaning and had to come back with 0 dental work rendered and a 200.00 charge for hanging out waiting and taking x rays for 1.5 hours... I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately the staff in the front especially Erika is an insult to customer service and needs a job she might actually like! How did she get hired ? The Dental hygienist I had was super sweet however and had she had the chance to do the work I'm sure she would have done a great job but on principal alone I don't think I will ever come back here and give them my hard earned money.

Doctor Chen and her staff is very friendly and nice. They would explain any questions regarding patient's condition, treatments, ways to improve one's oral health, and any concerns. Most important of all, Doctor Chen is very gentle during a procedure, while the explanation/heads up before hand really helps to put one's mind at ease. Personally, I even fell asleep during one of the visit. Overall, definitely a total different experience for a dental office visit, and highly recommended.

She told me I had to come back 2 more times for "deep cleaning," at an extra out-of-pocket cost of course. Insurance has always covered these services. The office manager said he would call me to dicuss my concerns but that never happened. They also failed to respond to my e-mail. That is when I decided to write this review.

Hadlock Dental Center rocks!!!!…read more I had a bridge, which was installed by another dentist years ago, come out, and one of the supporting teeth was pretty much crumbled away. Dr. Gile was able to see me very quickly and evaluate the situation. I was scheduled for an extraction a few weeks out, as it was not an urgent issue, and when I went in for the procedure, everything about the visit was friendly, relaxed, and positive. Shoot, it almost felt like fun! The office staff is very competent and gentle. They even called me later that afternoon to let me know I had forgotten my prescription mouth rinse. The assistant who got me set up in the chair and who assisted Dr. Gile was very accommodating. I am recovering from a collision, so I needed a neck pillow, and she offered two different types, making sure I was comfortable. I also asked for shaded glasses, and again, two options were offered. The hygienist who administered the novocaine (or whatever is used these days) was an artist. Top-notch technique! Dr. Gile is very relaxed, jovial, and cheerful (but not over the top). He is also supremely competent. I was expecting a much more difficult procedure, but it was over in no time flat. During the procedure, he even asked if I wanted to know details as he went along, I voted "No thanks", so he just let me know the basics, like when I would feel pressure. He called me in the evening to check on me, and again he was very friendly and upbeat. A previous visit a year or so ago to another dentist in a nearby town had left me very upset, panicked, and confused as to my options and feeling like my concerns were silly and irrelevant. My visit to Hadlock Dental Center was the polar opposite. I recommend them highly!
