This is an authentic and delicious Mediterranean restaurant! We started with hummus and baba ghanoush which are both totally authentic and great. The vegetable curry is good and similar to Korean or Japanese versions. The chicken kabob is very nicely marinated and wonderful. However the star was the roasted artichoke salad which was totally amazing. Service was very attentive and helpful and the price is reasonable. Amazing! I have food restrictions and it's always hard to find restaurants that offer protein and veggies with interesting preparation and flavors. We were visiting Moab and ate here twice. Had the chicken havarti shish, stuffed eggplant, steak, and the salmon artichoke. Everything was delicious but the salmon was out of this world! Quick, friendly service and the prices are reasonable. Saw this restaurant on the way into town and thought we'd give it a try. Food was fantastic. Hummus with ground spiced meat, lamb shish and chicken shish were yum. The dressing on the side salads was perfect. Service was good and fairly quick. Definitely recommend giving this a try. read more

Efficient wait staff, not particularly helpful but pleasant. Started with Baba Ganoush with fresh warm pita bread. So, so good. Hubs had the falafel Sammie with a small salad. He raved about it and the portion was most generous. I had chicken Shish with Havarti. Never figured out the point of the havarti... served w/rice, salad and broiled tomato. Meat was a bit disappointing as it was kind of dry but combined with the tomato and the small salad it was an okay meal. Would go back and try something else and overlook the way out of date decor. Recommendation from Poisen bike shop just down the street. I asked for good without a long wait. Sultan immediately came out of her mouth, and with walking distance of the bike shop. Huge plates, good presentation, and great service. We ate every morsel - falafel app, gyro platter, chicken shish, lamb chops - and were full but not overstuffed. These days it is notoriously hard for restaurants to hire staff. I'm guessing that's the reason for the disappointing food we had last night. The babaganoush and baklava were excellent. Someone here knows how to cook for sure. But the fetoush (salad) with shrimp - the shrimp were way over cooked. And the fried calamari were thickly breaded, doughy, overcooked rings that seemed to come straight from the freezer. There are plenty of good reviews from the past. And the staff were very nice. Maybe when they can get through the staffing challenges they'll get back to the 4.5 star rating that they have now. read more

Great restaurant, excellent food and service. We stopped by for lunch after a morning hike, and I was surprised to see shakshuka on their lunch menu. I ordered it, and it was so delicious! The presentation was nice, and the eggs were poached perfectly - I know it's a matter of opinion, but I like soft poached eggs that you can mix into the tomato and mushroom sauce, making the perfectly seasoned (not spicy but definitely not bland) sauce taste rich and hearty. We will definitely return when we are in the area again! I recommended the restaurant and the dish to fellow travelers while we were in the area. read more

Enjoyed a meal here after visiting Arches National Park. The outside of the building was a little unwelcoming but it's like a book - it shouldn't be judged by its cover! It was incredible. I've been to Moab dozens of times and this meal was by far the best I've ever had here! In fact, this is the first yelp review I've ever written and I'm reviewing because it was so good! It's just two minutes driving from the center of town, and quiet. We had the angry cauli, hummus, and shrimp as an appetizer. For dinner we had Mediterranean steak, chicken kebab, salmon, and quinoa salad. Everyone loved their meal! The truffle fries side was good too. Dessert was even better than dinner! After visiting Arches Natl.Park for the day, wandering around in triple digit temperatures, this place was like an Oasis!!! I ordered just half hour before their closing (for pick-up) and when I came in to pick it up it was already ready to go..I asked to add a couple additional items, and they had it ready in no time. Amazing food. We were in town for a race and wanted to try something different - been going to Moab for years and this seemed like a promising new option. Had the shrimp casserole and sultan kebab, both fantastic, and wonderful, warm baklava for dessert. Could use a bit more ambiance, but they've only been open a few days.
