I usually have a great experience here, this time was good, but not great. I got a microdermabrasion which was fine, but I could hear employees eating in the background while I was getting a facial. I think eating should be done in the back room if possible because it kind of took away from the relaxing nature of getting a facial. They used to have a $15 off coupon every 10 visits, now they're giving away products every 10 visits. The product I got was a lash serum, I tried to ask about what the serum does, specifically if it's for natural lashes, and my facial technician didn't know. I realized it's for fake lashes which I don't ever get, I only get lash lifts because I don't like the way lash extensions look. Now I have a product that I can't use. I would've preferred the $15 off coupon, I tip well so I look forward to the coupon every 10 visits. Hopefully they bring it back and encourage employees to eat away from clients. read more

I made a last minute reservation to sumi. They sent almost daily reminders that I had an appointment coming up. It was a bit annoying. Hanny helped me with my appointment. This was my test time and she was very helpful in guiding me to the right lashes that fit my eyes and which was a good choice. At first, the lashes were a bit heavy. But I got used to them. Hanny was very careful and took the time to give me instructions and a step by step guide. I would definitely go back to her! read more

Very happy with the service and results!! I got a Lash Lift with Hanny! She is very nice, fast, and did a great job. I found her thru Instagram and she answered all my questions. I also just booked an appointment thru DMs. The price is $80. THEY WILL CHARGE A FEE FOR USING CREDIT CARD!!!!! The facility was really clean and calming - they were even playing zen music like they do when you get a massage. The beds are comfortable. This was my first time ever doing anything to my lashes. I like how each individual bed has it's own room - gives you more privacy. They also have calming music playing which made it pretty relaxing. I had my first appointment here with Alice, and because it was my first time getting lash extensions in 7 years, I liked how she walked me through her recommendations based on how it would look on me. She recommended that since I don't normally get lashes done, to have a more natural look for the first time. She also took in consideration how much makeup I wore, my skin tone, and my eye shape. She recommended single mink (which is more natural) in the "elegant" shape. The entire process took about an hour. The results were gorgeous, but I do feel like a couple lashes were glued a bit crooked and the inner corner could've been a tiny bit shorter to fit my eye shape better. Overall, I really liked the density esp since I did want a more natural look. read more
