I should not have to keep calling back to see if my paperwork has been done or not. This is Completely unprofessional on their part in my opinion!! So yes. I will a new dentist and never coming back here. My suggestion is if you do go here, to never get new dental insurance or anything that needs to be updated because they're going to take forever to do it. Not patient/customer friendly at all. Not sure what happened but 2 years ago this would not have been an issue.

But as soon as I walked in the door I could feel the warmth and kindness of Moore complete dental staff! From the moment I in the x-ray scan area to the dentist chair for the overall clean & checkup to the check out of my visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff! Im so glad my gut guided me to Moore complete dental.. now I no longer worry about who my dentist will be! My hygienist -Erica did a marvelous job and should be commended! She explained everything that would be going on she even explained all costs that insurance didn't cover that I could easily decline with no judgement. She wanted to extract my tooth which had healthy roots and put a bridge on three of my teeth costing me more than $3000. Another clinic did a core build up, put a crown and saved my tooth for at least 20 more years. Extracting a tooth is the worst decision in your life and it should not be extracted if it has healthy roots. Never let these money motivated doctors take your money and ruin your mouth. They wanted to take out my entire tooth which didn't have any pain at all. It was just broken and needed a crown!

Over the past year or so, I've had repeated billing issues -- told I had a large credit and owed nothing, only to get a bill the next month, then another for the same amount even after calling to fix it. I also had my worst filling experience here, where the cavity got overfilled, changing it's shape, and ended up getting a much more expensive and painful root canal to fix it. Today was the final straw. I had a 4:00 PM cleaning booked months ago and took time off work for it. At 2:06 PM, while in a meeting, I got a text asking me to confirm because someone else wanted my slot. Fourteen minutes later, they canceled my appointment via voicemail and gave it away -- no warning, no call, no mention of any new confirmation policy, not even the courtesy of enough time to check my phone. In nearly ten years, I've never missed an appointment and have rarely replied to reminder texts (I literally only have record of confirming once out of 4x a year for a decade), so this came out of nowhere. When I called, the manager was dismissive and acted like it was normal and acceptable to cancel a pre-scheduled appointment an hour before, which is absurd and awful customer care. People have jobs and responsibilities. Canceling with less than two hours' notice because someone else wanted the time I already committed to shows no respect or care for patients. Even their billing department takes longer than 14 minutes to return a call. I truly love several of the hygienists and have been loyal for years, but the management's lack of compassion, accountability, and basic customer service skills has made it impossible to recommend this office anymore. If you want a cleaning today, they might bump another patient for you... just don't count on keeping your appointment.

I gave my first payment when they did the first step and they say we will Wait for ur crown I said I okay 2 almost 3 weeks pass by they call me my crown is in and I go in the female at the front desk tells me since ur crown is in u have to pay the rest I paid the rest. I go in sit down and dr Adrien is not their she was on a trip and nobody at the office new she was out of town. The other dentist guy Tucker straight told me we don't touch other doctors work.. I said okay they put back the temporary. More time passes she comes back the crown doesn't fit. They had to do another mold worst experience ever. They do it them all of a sudden more time passes almost to September or I believe September by then they tell me we can't see u at the south location they sent me to Moore mind u I live walking distance to the south location. All around a great experience as far as the Doc and staff go, the only thing I can say negatively about Summer Dental is that they don't offer cash discounts, even for uninsured patients. -- If a patient walks into your clinic with cash money in hand, I believe they deserve a discount considering all the people you probably bill and then never see a dime.
