I love this park! A beautiful oasis in the city. Great place for a picnic, soccer, run or to bring the kids. They have a dog park and lots of playgrounds. In the spring you'll find many families of geese with the cutest goslings!

My dog and I go here often. The park is on the smallish side and there isn't a separate area for little dogs. While I do wish it was a little bigger, it's a nice park. It has a double gated entry, which I think any good dog park should have. Most of the dog owners are really good at picking up after their dogs. All of the "regulars" are super nice and fun to hang out with.

Yard , sand and enough room to get some exercise

It's also super sandy with lots of holes from dogs digging it up. The size is nice but I think I'd rather go to a different dog park. As far as their field and playground goes that gets 4 stars so with my 0 for the dog park we get a 2 in total. Not a great park and I'm sincerely glad it's not nearby because I would be sad if it was my local park.

All I do is sit around and wait for better days" -Mae Muller and Neiked. Oregon Proud. This is also a regular park that is strangely very big. If you like to take time away from anything that gives you mental distress, this park is the best. I usually come here by bus because I don't drive on Farmington and the park is very accessible. If you have a dog, it's a good place for your pups to walk around with extreme happiness. For those who don't own a dog, this is a good place to walk around. It's also a good place to take the kids because Hazeldale Park is has a playground too. Warning: If you don't live in the area please plan accordingly if you have a dog. If not make use of the 88 bus.

The dog park is not as clean as others, it's pretty disappointing to see how much mess is in there so definitely scope out the area and watch your step. The kids playground is so cute, I love the wood structure and it totally reminds me of my childhood. The large play stones are a fun touch. There is a walking trail next to the small parking lot there are homes along the walking trail side and if you keep your eye out, they have a gorgeous mule and two chunky long-haired piggies that I love to say hello to. There is a covered area with multiple electrical outlets and three of the six picnic tables are covered. It's a very nice park to bring a small grill to or just come to picnic on a blanket. There is no water feature here for kids/summer, no skating area, which all ensure it's a more quiet experience. I would like to see them add more garbage cans onsite. There are multiple cameras on site which I think it's a wonderful idea, children need to be safe, parks need to be respected, troublemakers should be supervised at all times and held accountable. I love to see the city being active and protecting these community resources.
