We just moved to Oakley and we realized that we need storage space inside the garage. We checked Yelp and found Summit Garage Storage. He has a lot of 5-star reviews and we decided to call Ian -the owner and ask him for a quote for installing overhead racks. Ian has a lot of knowledge and experience in installing overhead racks. After measuring, he gave me several options on where and the size of racks I can install. After several considerations, I opted for a corner rack with two 4'x8' racks connected at the corner of the garage. He came on the scheduled installation date. He was very professional. He advised me that he has to replace one of the 4'x8' since it will be too long and will be in the way of the garage door railings. He did a good job and I was satisfied with his work and product. The overhead racks are sturdy and just about the right size. Since he installed a shorter rack, he lowered the price of the material installed. He's very honest and fair in his services. If you want to install overhead racks inside your garage, I highly recommend Summit Garage Storage. You'll be satisfied with his work and expertise. read more

I found Summit Garage Storage Solutions through a flier left on my door. Although we weren't really shopping for garage storage, I've been wanting overhead storage for quite some time to get all of the tubs of things we dont use regularly up and out of our way. When I saw Ian's flier, I couldn't pass up his deal, so I gave him a call. He answered right away and we set up an appointment for a quote. Two days later, he came out to my house and we discussed our options. He can customize your shelving to just about any size and height you may need. We decided on an L-shaped shelf in one corner of my garage. He was able to come back later that same day and get it installed for me in under the 2-3 hour timeframe he originally quoted! Between the consultation and the time he came to install, I had a couple of questions, so I sent a text message with my questions and he replied within minutes with a very thorough explanation. He also sold me 5 hanging hooks so we can hang bikes or any other large items from the unit. We have not put any of our belongings up there yet as we are waiting for the weekend, but I have no doubt they will be exactly what we were looking for. They look great and very sturdy, which of course is what is needed for this type of storage.
