John came to our house and gave us an estimate based on our property, which was nice since it wasn't time-based like most companies. At the end of the day, this was a much better deal too. On the moving day we had Felipe, Noe, Jorge, and Juan. They worked so hard to wrap and unwrap everything carefully, we didn't have a single broken glass! The WORST experience ever. Do not use them!…read more We hired them for our move from Las Vegas to LA. Lost all the legs to our furniture and a irreplaceable cushion from our sofa. And I had to spend weeks calling them and BEGGING them to please check with the truck that picked up our stuff- just to track if they might have sent it to another address as it was filled to the brim with many other furniture from other people. We were the last on their pick-up list so there was no real designated space for us, our boxes and furniture was shoved into whatever space they had, so it was all over in the truck. The85ft truck that arrived was too big to get to our condo unit so we had to HELP THEM move our furniture from our unit and use our own small car to drive it to their truck that was a good 300 ft away. We had no choice but to use them then as we needed to get to LA asap. When the stuff was delivered, their guys were all grumpy and complaining as it was the last one for the day and they did not want to do it. Broke the side off my marble and wood table and scratched the paint off the walls by leaning the marble coffeetable top (no legs remember?) without any kind of buffer in between. I then spent the next 3 weeks calling them to ask them about my missing box. They said they were going to check but when i questioned them, no one had made an effort to track the other shipments, or even looked in the warehouse. They just told me that no one has called about finding an extra box. After a couple of calls, they resorted to giving me fake names so when I called up again to follow up, I was told that there's no such person in the company. Extremely unprofessional, and very stressful. A really bad experience for us.
