We were never clearly notified about how limited guest parking actually was, and visitors often had to park down the street. There were also times we saw people camping right outside in the corners of the property. They would get removed, but then come back weeks later. There were also multiple car break-ins while living here, and neighbors would often warn about seeing sketchy people at night. The move-out process required multiple follow-ups. The itemized statement was not initially provided by mail as stated, and was only uploaded to the portal after repeated requests. There were also duplicate charges and a prior payment that had to be corrected. After posting a review elsewhere, management responded stating that everything was clearly communicated and supported.
