I was approached by one of the staff who explained the available services and described some equipment features. I was of course skeptical of any gym that charges based on a reoccurring "membership" having been locked into some nightmare past memberships at other gym franchises however, everything at this location was explained completely and in a straight forward way. I left that day with my own "key" to the front door and since then have had no regrets. There are no hassles, no sales people bothering anyone, no bad attitudes, everyone is friendly and polite. The equipment is top of the line with adequate free weights and benches for all. The staff are more than happy to answer any and all questions. I would recommend this location to anyone who is serious about achieving a fitness goal and maintaining it.

We were instantly greeted by handsome Dan and got us signed up and going right away. No matter what fitness level you are (Beginner, Novice, or Pro Athlete) or type of fitness you're into (Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Functional, etc) they have got something at North Hill that will get you to your goals. So what really differentiates these guys from the rest? It is simply the people. All the employees are very knowledgeable, passionate, and professional in every aspect. The gym culture both here and there other location (Dungeon Strength Rx) is designed to make you feel like family. The gym overall is easily one of the cleanest in the area. Yes they have had some equipment down for an extended amount of time. HOWEVER we have to realize that sometimes this is out of the hands of the gym. The parts needed for the equipment currently down is on order and not currently available. Again, going back to the integrity of this gym. Open and honest when a customer asks what's going on... Plenty of equipment, well thought out on where the equipment is. I have been to the new Fitness Quest facilities, as well as the other gyms in the area. Big reason I keep coming back here! Its been over a year and I have yet to see a deep cleaning in the bathrooms. The work out area is always well kept and very clean but the bathrooms is a completely different story. The shower walls when wet are very slippery. The walls are disgusting with grime, mold, and dirt. The shower curtain looks like it has black mold or some sort of mold. The floors are very dirty and have slime on them. This is no exaggeration!!! I wish I could post pictures but its not offered.

The woman on the phone said of course and she would set them aside for me. When I went to pick them up, I was informed that they gave them away. When I asked the employee to reach out to staff and ask if they could locate them he shut me down and told me I needed to come in quicker, and it's part of leaving stuff at the gym.

Misleading sales tactics and terrible customer service…read more I came in for a free pass I saw advertised and was pressured into signing up after being told I could cancel and get some money back if it didn't work out. That was not true. When I tried to cancel, I was told I missed a 3-day window that was never disclosed--and I was even blocked from canceling sooner because they don't process cancellations on weekends. Staff was rude, dismissive, and took zero accountability. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. I've escalated this and will be filing formal complaints if it's not resolved. Be careful--get everything in writing. Especially all you new NWFIT members. Careeeeful

I've never done personal training before but after having surgery on my neck a year ago and…read morefinishing up physical therapy, I wanted to get back in shape, but I am hypermobile and need highly personalized care due to postural issues and compensations. I first asked if they ever worked with any hypermobile clients because so many trainers don't even know what that is, and when I sent a message to Beometry, Isaac set up a time for a call to discuss my needs and spent a whole hour talking to me on the phone about my goals, past injuries, hypermobility, past athletic experiences etc! Most places would just want to get you in the door as soon as possible and take your money, but I felt like Isaac truly understood my issues and actually cared! He put together a plan for me and I have worked with Miriam in a small group personal training session. Miriam is unbelievably talented and came up with all kinds of workarounds due to some of the issues I have with my joints. When I first came in, I still had a lot of pain and stiffness in my neck, back and ribs, and we have worked on improving my mobility, especially in my ribs, and breathing. After going to Beometry for a few months, I just went on my first backpacking trip in 20 years, which is something I never thought I'd be able to do again, and I'm actually feeling so well that I am planning on hiking the PCT next year (all 2,650 miles of it). I can't thank Beometry enough and would recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking for a trainer whether it's for weight loss, general fitness, or gaining mobility back to live pain free!!
