When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

A couple of weeks ago it was a small job but they came right away and were able to fix the leaking seams in three places the very next day. They had special equipment to enable to new sealant to dry in this cold weather. Today's project was much more complicated. Slav and Tony (the two brothers' owners) worked in tandem to figure out the work around for a drainpipe that could no longer flow below ground due to 99 year old broken clay tiles underground. Again, they came very promptly to assess the job and give an estimate, and were able to get the work done the very next day. Their solution was, I feel, "above and beyond" the ordinary both in ingenuity and in a concern for the overall aesthetics of what they were installing and how they were installing it. I am so pleased with their work. Sooner than latter, all the downspouts need replacing and they're for sure the ones I'm going to call.

Outstanding Gutter Cleaning Service!…read more Our two-story home had a severely overflowing second story gutter. Fearing the damage the gushing water might cause, we needed to get our gutters cleaned fast. Our neighbor had recently used Bubbles Gutter Cleaning, and said they did a great job ... so we immediately called them. Antonio promptly gave us a competitive bid and he scheduled the work this week, as we requested (before the rains return this weekend). He and his helper showed up early(!), did a terrific job, finished promptly, and cleaned up nicely. Per our request, Antonio also installed six downspout strainers to fend off those pesky leaves. He texted us nine helpful pics of the cleaned gutters, and he also reported (and texted a pic of) a vent pipe cover that has failed. Antonio agreed to come back when things are dry to do some minor gutter repair work if needed. Communications were consistently timely and effective via text messages. Bottom line: The quality, value, and timeliness of the work were excellent. Antonio (aka Tony) did a great job in every way. Two thumbs up.
