I came on Saturday and sat in the unmoving line for an hour before I bailed. I figured "eh, it's the weekend and everyone had the same idea as me - I get it. So I'm here on a Tuesday morning. Line is much shorter but still 2 deep in each stall. There are four guys working today and they seem to be all just walking in circles but not actually doing anything. I came for an inspection with one vehicle in front of me. 45 mins later (never saw them do anything to the truck in front of me. (Oil change I guess?) I finally pulled into the stall and was immediately asked about what oil I wanted. . The guy was like "bro, this is an inspection, WTH!?" This is also the guy that asked me why I was here when I pulled up so....not sure who he was yelling at. Anyway, it's now been 20 mins since I was asked to get out of the truck and go wait in the office. Still the same circle-walking. (Also, I'm now standing out front because something died in that office.) Since my normal mechanic shop stopped doing inspections because it was "no longer worth it", I had to come to this place. Never again. I'll spend the next year finding a better place and tell everyone I know not to come here. I'm at 1:10mins as of this writing. Someone shoot me please. Don't get me wrong. The guys are nice enough. It's just clearly no sense of urgency or organization.

When I drove out of town, it caused internal and external damage to my turbo engine. I filed a claim, and it has been 2 months now, but they are still deciding whether they are at fault or not. My car was towed to Meineke, and the diagnostic confirmed that there was indeed too much oil in the car which caused damages to my turbo engines and burned the seals and that is why oil won't stay in. I had hoped that they would take responsibility for their actions, but unfortunately, it's the opposite. I am now dealing with Fleet Response, and this company is extremely unprofessional and never calls back. They come up with every possible excuse when it comes to the repairs for my car. First, they claimed that they don't drain the oil from the drain plug, and now they are asking for oil blowback pictures with no oil in the car. I want to point out that I'm not saying all the technicians are bad, because the manager, Derrick, has been very helpful throughout this situation. However, Thomas could use some extra training, and Fleet Response needs to do a better job at responding. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper!

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. I originally came for an alignment, after speaking with Johnathan he shared all the different types of service that were done here. After closely doing research on my vehicle's need it has 75,000 miles , I went with complete transmission flush and rear end differential oil change. These are just some service key necessities that you won't think of. As they did these services I ask if they could go thru the entire SUV with a fine comb to make sure it is in good shape. This place is so awesome they were able to give me a ride home I live within 3 miles so it was great. Most places won't do this you have to wait or grab an Uber. Later on I got the call there were some concerns with a bearing and 1 more issue , these are the items that if not taken care of will cause more damage more expensive one's. I'm super grateful i came in to just do an alignment, there are things you just don't think of that the techs & staff at pepboys will notice. I got the entire service done on my SUV. After this service I was so happy with the outcome I made an appointment for my BMW 430i for alignment. I asked Johnathan to check it make sure it was sound they found out my tie rods needed to be changed. I got this service done as well. I also got my fuel system cleaned just maintenance. They told me the machine is not working and we can try another location. But i have flat tire, how that will remedy my problem? I remember this last year, same location for oil change, but machine suddenly not working or just do not want my business. Im sure they are great, but today, unfortunately, i will not recommend this shop.
