I tested his tints with a uv a/b tester card VERY low UV readings! even lower than in shade not 100% but very close

Jim is a very honest business owner. When I needed my windows tinted, I foolishly thought the windshield needed uv protection. It doesn't! Laminated glass by nature already blocks most of uv. I requested quotes from numerous shops in the OC area, and every one of them were willing to scam me by charging hundreds of dollars for something I did not need.
