Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

I have been going to sun busters for over 10 years now and every time is a perfect experience! I still have my tundra that he tinted back in 2010 and the tint is in perfect shape. No bubbles, no blemishes, only perfection! Jim recently tinted my Tesla model y with medium dark ceramic and like always great job! I even have scheduled to get my wife's new SUV tinted as well! Mr. Jim is the man! I brought my 2003 Camry in to have the purple tint REMOVED and from the rear windows as well as the rear windshield. I am sure the tint put up a fight as it has been on the car for over 20 years. Jim was very flexible with the time and day to bring in the car.
