IT has been about 17-18 years since my gf and I have been to Disney land much less our first vacation just us two. we stayed here at the country in and suites, it's about a year new, and let me tell you,, if I travel back to L.A (if I don't rent out a beach house) I Will most deffinetly go back to this hotel!!..very nice and clean as well as a nice good smell through out the hotel. my favorite part of the hotel was the lounge area,with the fire, as well as the heated pool which was very relaxing I must say. all in all , a relaxing quiet place to just zone out and have fun. Just spent 5 nights there with my wife and 2 boys (2 and 5) for 3 adventurous days at Disneyland. This is an amazing property. Beautiful, new, and clean everywhere. Rooms were huge and clean and the beds very comfortable. The bar in the lobby is nice. Makes some great drinks and several beers on tap. Can order some great food as well and take it out to the beautiful pool. Breakfast each day was fantastic and great for kids. The bean bag chair/Disney movie area is a great family touch as well. Beyond that, it's an extremely easy (maybe 10 minutes) walk to Disneyland. Even while tired at the end of the day it was super easy and quick. Having the GardenWalk across the street for shopping/dining/bars was fantastic as well. Some people had commented about styrofoam plates being used, and just wanted to update everyone and say that they no longer do that. Regular plates and plastic (recyclable) cups. The staff everywhere was super nice, friendly and helpful. For the price, you can't beat it. Ask for a west/pool facing room to see the Disney fireworks, and snag a delicious cookie from the front desk! An incredible hotel to find in Anaheim, especially for the price. STAY HERE! read more

Myself and my daughter stayed here while visiting family in feb 2021. It was our first trip since the pandemic and we felt so comfortable with the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel. During a time of uncertainty this hotel staff gave us peace of mind that we were safe. The manager David and a member of his staff named Ciro really stood out in making us feel like family. David was very accommodating even before our trip had started. Ciro made us feel like family when we checked in. He put together the cutest welcome bag for my young daughter to lighten up the mood of why we had taken the trip (celebration of life ceremony for a family member was the main reason for our trip) As we would come and go off the property we would see staff sanitizing commonly touched places like the door handles, elevators, counter tops, bell carts, etc. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is gated and you need your key card to get in and out of the parking lot which I loved because you knew your car was in a safe parking lot. The front doors close at 7pm I believe and you need your key card to get in and out of the building which was another thing I really liked. The hotel is very close to Disney so I can imagine that being convenient when the parks open back up. David and his staff have gained a patron for life! read more

When I booked this hotel it was Country Inn Radisson so I was surprised when I drove up to see it had been rebranded. There was a brief moment of panic thinking I was getting scammed. However I am a Hilton Honors member so it worked out great. But I do wish someone would have sent me a email blast to let me know. As far as the hotel experience is concerned it was outstanding. I can see why Hilton wanted to buy it. It's all about the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. From my arrival at the front desk all the way through to check out everyone was wonderful. When I left for Disneland in the morning the housekeeping staff said good morning have fun at the park. The front desk said see you later and welcome back when I arrived at the end of the day. I felt like VIP. Veronica at the bar, where I spent some time, was not just a bartender but an artist. My Bloody Mary was possibly the best ever. I booked an executive King room. 5th floor corner room nice view. I'm sure it even better park side. It was large and spacious. A sitting area with a couch/foldout bed chair, desk and it's own TV. The bedroom area had another TV and a large open area in front of the window. Lots of room to spread out. I would suggest putting some furniture there but it was a good place to store the suitcases. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have underground parking that was not mentioned in other reviews. The laundry room is free, not coin operated. Lyft is a $6 ride to Disneyland. The big deal is the free hot breakfast. Yes Hot! That means buffet style scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, self serve waffle maker and other breakfast stuff. In conclusion highly recommended I would stay there again. read more

Where should I start.. I booked This hotel because it's close to Disneyland and breakfast included. It was only 1 block away so cool. Not to mention so many shops near by that I can walk to. House of blues near by. Garden walk is near as well. It was my wife and son and son had a blast. He loved the breakfast and i did too. Eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, and lots more. I love that they always have coffee near restaurant/ bar area. It's a very cozy place. Fire place in lobby, computers to use, heated endless pool with bar.. Laundry room on parking level. Fitness room near lobby. Room has a refrigerator for the cold beers or in my case my sons cold milk/juice. They also have a market in house Incase you forget something. This was useful for my son that wanted juice/milk/snacks. David G. I believe was the name of the nice gentleman. He asked how was our stay. Made sure all was great. Fernando at check in was awesome. He made sure all was great through out the stay. They have a great bar. I love that this hotel is green. They have about 6 charging stations for check in customers. That's a big plus for me :) please see my pictures for more details. I had a blast here. Thank you to the whole staff. I will be staying here more often when I visit Disneyland or just to be near downtown Disney. I walked to Disneyland 2 twice. Oh forgot to mention if you would like you can take bus shuttle for $5 I believe. Also Uber is about $4 I looked into it for those who don't like walking a block. You can purchase tickets from hotel. We stayed in room 107 and no shower curtains! I told them our shower are missing curtains and they said our shower is a glass shower and gave me more towels. It was so weird! I asked for a different room they said I would have to pay more because I had a promotion deal. So I basically had to shower with one glass door and water splashing outside. It was soo uncomfortable because I could feel the cold air from outside. Also, there was mold around the edges! Terrible! read more

When we entered we were greeted by their friendly staff and were helped right away. We were also able to jump into the pool at night and it was an awesome experience. Day 1 Very clean, basic room. Just finished my walk through. No bugs, everything is in working condition, lots of room for all our luggage, the fridge is small but surprisingly fits a lot. Parking is not free. I got my hopes up because I kept reading free parking in other comments. It is $17 per night, as listed on website. There are board games and outside games, that we look forward to enjoying. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 4 is my husband walked in ahead of me and he said he wasnt greeted. Nor was I when I walked in 10 mins later. Then two men who came in after us were greeted and served. I had to walk up and ask if rooms were ready as I called in an hour before. They were nice afterwards, but we kinda got a odd feeling. read more

The hotel is gorgeous! It is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast. The hotel has an amazing scent in the lobby, hallways, and elevators. There is plenty of parking and a shuttle to Disneyland for an additional fee. The only area of improvement is to check the bedding for unwanted insects/parasites. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and woke up the next morning with itchy bites. I had a total of nine bites within the two days I stayed at the hotel. I purchased hydrocortisone cream to help relieve the itching and pain from the bites. Posted below are pictures of the bites. The bites are light in color due to the hydrocortisone cream helping with the appearance and healing of the bites. If it wasn't for waking up with bites my stay would have been phenomenal. I wanted to inform the staff about the bites but they didn't ask how my stay was upon checkout, so I figured I would post my review on yelp. I stayed in room 330 in February 2018. read more

As soon as we arrived we could feel something was off. We weren't aware of the incidentals charge.. which added an extra 300$ charge to our stay. Our room was NOT clean! There was hair all over the floor and bathtub.. i called the front desk many times, but never got an answer so I walked down. Even then all they did was vaccum... hair still in the tub. I had to clean it MYSELF. Covid is still going on. Even when we asked for house keeping.. at 8 am, 1pm ( we came back to unloadour bags from Disney shopping and noticed nothing was done. Even tho it was written down as "done" at 1030 am) , 3pm ( on our way out),and I called at 5pm. All they did was put towels... that were in a trash bag.. and i had asked for fresh sheets... ignored completely. Wifi was not free as advertisered. no free breakfast in the morning as advertisered also I'm highly dissatisfied in my stay. It was a waste of money in my opinion. not worth $470. I'd rate this hotel five stars if it weren't for the biggest freeway in California that runs practically through the center of it, it's so close. This is hands down such a great hotel. Stayed here for a total of 4 nights and totally got my money's worth. Hotel is SUPER clean, and the staff is amazing. Free breakfast, cookies, and super affordable gift shop located within the hotel.The hotel is located in a low key and up incoming area of Anaheim, but still located close to Disneyland, Targets (more than one Target that's located in close distant to the hotel), and Cheesecake Factory. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like a home away from home when on vacation, will definitely be staying here again. read more

My sister and I spent the night after our trip to Disneyland. We chose this place because it was reasonably priced, parking was included and you got a free breakfast! Hotels with free breakfast is a plus. And by the way, their breakfast is delicious! There was eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, juices, oatmeal, yogurt, and bread. I'm not a toast fan but that white bread was addicting. I had 3 pieces of toast! The wait staff was attentive and always took our dirty plates in a quickness. As far as the hotel, it is gorgeous. From the Disneyland parking lot, it took us only a few minutes on the freeway to get here and it is literally off the freeway. We were greeted by greet front desk staff who was engaging and eager to give us recommendations for dinner. From what I observed, the hotel was clean and modern. My sister and I were very impressed. Only downfall to the stay, we woke up with water on the floor on the bathroom. We called the front desk and thet sent the repairman. He said he couldn't find anything wrong. He cleaned up the water and left. He was still very nice and professional. Overall, it was a great place to stay. read more

I was so impressed with this hotel. We booked this hotel a few months in advanced using Tripadvisor. We were there for 2 days the week of Thanksgiving. First off, all of the staff we dealt with were very friendly. Then we got to our room, it was on the ground floor which was a bit of a bummer but hey! didnt have to wait for elevators lol. The bathrooms were very nice and updated. Loved that they had plenty of spots to plug in your various chargers near both sides of the bed. To save a little extra in the park, we bring water bottles. We would go to the ice machine and put ice in the bottles, and then stop by the workout room where they have a filtered water situation and fill our bottles each day. The pool and hot tub are both open until midnight which is awesome after you spend a day at the park and maybe want to relax your legs in the hot tub before bed. Breakast: i saw someone said something about vouchers....never saw anything like that when we were here. They have lots to choose from, but im not able to eat gluten and i noticed they had a TON of gluten options (but then again, thats how breakfast usually is lol) one day they have bacon, and the other day they have sausage. Husband said the bacon tasted like Togo's bacon (if you have been to that sandwich shop chain) and the sausage tasted like mcdonalds sausage (to give you an idea). but hey! FREE breakfast also, cannot stress enough how awesome it is to have free parking. We were looking to stay at another hotel that is closer to the park and was cheaper by about $20, but they charged a $15 daily parking fee and the place wasnt as updated, nor did it include breakfast. So we dont mind paying a little extra and staying this place. Its not that bad of a walk either, we were there when it was 94 degrees out and there was only part of the walk that was unshaded, but in a few years the trees will grow more and provide shade. Anywho, yeah....we really liked this place. But hey, dont tell all your friends about it so they dont raise the prices lol read more

There are no vending machines. There's no bottled water provided. There's no minibar. Their small store's 'system is down' and they won't sell me a bottle of water. Everything about our room screams cut corners. The drywall in the bathroom is roughly cut and in places doesn't reach the floor; the sheets are thin; the towels are small and rough. Our room smells like new construction and they were repainting the hallway when we checked in (they didn't post a wet paint sign, so hopefully your kid doesn't touch the wall). It's relatively cheap and has a pool and free breakfast. If that's all that matters to you, go nuts. I'll never book another night here. read more

Really nice and clean hotel near Disneyland! You can walk but it's about a 25-35 min walk. We checked in quickly and the room was very nice and modern. I will say that the bed was not as comfy as I hoped! The pillows were also ehhh. The sheets were very nice tho! Def want a comfy bed if I'm staying at a hotel. read more

My girlfriend and I just stayed here for three nights and overall we were please with our stay. Pros: - very close to Disneyland. About a 10 minute walk to the front gates. - rooms are huge! - beds are clean and comfortable - bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Shower head had great water pressure. - breakfast is free. Pretty standard selection. Eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, juice. - parking is free. Cons: - just a little irritated with the check in total vs what you're told online. Expedia told me that the total amount to be collected by the hotel for 3 nights was $354. When i checked in i was charged $527. I had taken the nightly resort fee into account but there is also a $100 security deposit. Which i got back but i was still surprised. So if you're staying here just be aware of that. - Although this is not the hotel's fault I think its worth mentioning. Our upstairs neighbors were excessively loud. They were stomping like elephants in the early morning hours as well as late at night. They had children who would also run back and fourth across the room. We attempted to leave 2 notes asking them to quiet down and they only got worse from there. We also received 3 prank calls to our room at 530 in the morning. Obviously coming from upstairs. I called the front desk but was unable to talk to anyone. Just got a busy signal. So although its not the hotels fault, I would just like to know if they would have done something about that? Like maybe send someone up to the room to talk to them. If that question does not get answered I will not stay here again. That's the main reason for 4 stars and not 5. So yeah, overall it was a good experience. Just a couple of incidents. read more

I've stayed at a few of the hotels all around Disneyland and even a Disneyland hotel. I really enjoyed this one. The room was nice and clean. They offer a complimentary breakfast that is pretty decent. The fitness room was just ok. If they had some free weights and a bench, it would be much better. The pool is nice. My kids enjoyed it so no complaints there. They even offer a complimentary laundry room. It had two washers and two dryers. This worked out great for me. My boys enjoyed their free cookies. They even had a kid room next door to the dining area so they could lounge on bean bags and watch a movie. That was a nice touch. I'd definitely come back again. read more

We stayed here for our family vacation to Disneyland and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful! They are a newer hotel, but did not sardine their rooms in like a lot of other hotels! The rooms are huge and there was plenty of space in our room for our 2 year old to run around and get his wiggles out! The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Gary and Debbie! They were fantastic! The hotel is kept very clean and fresh! I loved the shampoo and conditioner! The appliances in the room (mini fridge & microwave) were nice, and worked well! The beds are super comfortable as well! They also have a very nice pool area, with a good size pool and hot tub! I didn't feel itchy after using the pool either, so I think they use saltwater. The breakfast was really good and they seemed to have plenty of seating whenever we went! For breakfast they usually had scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages & oatmeal + the usual continental items. One morning they did have bacon instead of sausage, which was tasty too! They also are only about a 10 min. walk to Disneyland, which I was pleasantly surprised, because I thought it was much further! Although if you still don't feel like walking, the ART shuttle was super convenient as well and picked up right in front of the hotel! I absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! read more

Great room with a wonderful layout. Like how the bedroom and the front room were separated by the small wall and the fact there was 2 TV's in the room. The made to order choose your own breakfast set up was very nice and the girls handling that were phenomenal in speed on getting everyone's food to the table so quickly. Did not like however the portrayal of a balcony view on the website of Booking.com as my view was dirty rooftops. Did have a run in at l2:00 a.m. or so with the guets making too much noise ended up having to call up the downstairs on 2 separate occasions to have them be quieted. It was handled quickly and professionally and I would stay there again but not in a balcony view. read more

Came across this trip on my recent trip to California on hotel tonight. $71 a night not including tax and or resort fee. Hotel is new, off the freeway. 15 min walk to Disneyland!! Parking is free with breakfast included. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am. Serving waffles, eggs, bacon, apples, muffins, toast, juices, milk, hot tea, coffee, potatoes, oatmeal, and fruit bowl. Additional parking in garage with limited parking. Hotel is off the freeway a little noisy. Would definitely stay here again. Room was very clean, water pressure was great, microwave & mini fridge was also a plus! Check in was super fast not even 5 mins. Laundry is on the "G" floor with 2 washers, 2 dryers another great plus if you have a family! Bring detergent. Overall my fiancé and I were super impressed with this hotel. We will be back. read more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as a mini honeymoon to Disneyland on 5/21-5/23. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at noon. We arrived for check in at 7pm. No issues, went smoothly and the lady at the front was polite. We were given our parking pass, breakfast vouchers, key card for the room, and key card to insert for the lights to be able to work in the room. Upon entering the room, there is a little living room with a couch and tv. There is a fridge and the bathroom is across with a sliding door. Then you have the room with with a king sized bed and another tv. There was plenty of space in the room, plenty of power outlets, and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The room was modern and clean. There is AC and we had no problem adjusting the temperature. No problems with the shower. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is near the freeway but I brought ear plugs and my husband is a heavy sleeper so this wasn't an issue for us. We didn't go in the pool but it was a decent size and looked nice. Free parking, free wifi and complimentary breakfast with choices of scrambled eggs , potatoes (both of those were nasty) , bacon, waffles, toast, yogurts, cereal, milk, and juice. You will need your vouchers to get breakfast, there is a worker taking them from each guest and you only get one round of food. Just take two plates, gotta carb load before heading out to Disneyland! The walk to Disneyland for us didn't seem far. It was like a 10 to 15 minute walk. Check out went smoothly again. *WARNING* there is a resort fee of $20 a night. My husband and I were already aware about this thanks to Expedia however at check in and check out we were never told about the resort fee. I would have been upset if I checked my account and money was taken out by the hotel without any explanation. The front should tell customers about the resort fee so it's not a surprise. Overall we had a good experience and if we had the extra money to spend, we would stay here again :) read more

This hotel was fantastic. Our family decided last minute while visiting family in California to take the kids to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast and parking free, and they were very flexible with our needs, which included delivery of a playpen to our room, and an extended check out time for a reasonable fee. Theres a great kids area with bean bag chairs and Disney movies that the kids loved to be in before and after mealtimes. The pool was clean and a great mid-day refresh before we headed back for nighttime Disneyland festivities. There's also an easy shuttle to and from Disney that picks up outside the hotel but it is close enough to walk. You get a Big Bang for your buck with this hotel. Highly recommend. read more
