They said at first we well install a quality windshield but they put a defective one with a magnifier at the bottom of the windshield, they knew that they were wrong but still continued and argued that we did the right job and nothing existed wrong with the windshield. They showed me another glass and said would put this since the problem of glass can't be seen in the air unless you install it in the car I said okay do it but after installation the same problem the manager told me that if I wanted a quality glass go to the dealer this is the behavior of them with the customer. Finally, I went to another store with the same amount I found another quality glass that didn't have that problem. I recommend you not to go to this business if you go then take their written agreement before you start work because they don't do what they say. Some customers might be happy with them because with the insurance they charge your insurance and pay you cashback from that but, with your pocket money don't waste your time with them.

I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.

So no joke... between the time I got the chip repaired and now, I got another chip from a rock, this time on Chandler Blvd of all places... and on our drive back from Vegas it was raining pretty hard and well... whoever installed the windshield last time clearly didn't seal it properly because i had drips of water running down the INSIDE of my windshield into my truck... UH? WTH? So I hit the forum again and pinged Bryan and Jen - told them what was up - and that this time I needed a whole new glass and that I had full glass coverage with zero deductible thing... Jenn called my insurance company, got me on the 3-way and I did my info w/ them and they gave her some industry number to get paid thing... and we scheduled the new glass for a few days out when I had some time. This morning they showed up on time, showed em the stuff and without having to pull my truck out of my garage Bryan did the whole shebang in there, in the shade :) He also pointed out the difference in the OEM molding they use versus the crap they pulled off my truck that the last guy used, and showed me why my old one was leaking - pretty easy to see why it leaked fyi... So the OEM molding is better and has a built in rain-channel which the old one didn't have and blah blah good stuff. Added bonus - they pre-tinted the strip on the top of the windshield... WOOT! Had that on my last car and loooved it - they added it on for me with no hassle :) WIN! I'll be using them as long as I can - no issues here. He had to go elsewhere and pay for it out of pocket because they would not repair their mistakes or refund his money. Run in the other direction and use anybody else but these guys.
