After receiving no response to my email over the weekend, I called the spa today to get information. The person who answered, Henry, was dismissive and unhelpful. When I explained my question, he repeatedly asked what I was trying to ask, despite me having just clearly stated it. It felt like he was intentionally feigning confusion rather than admitting he did not know the answer. When I finally asked to be transferred to a clinical coordinator or someone knowledgeable who could clarify the product, he paused for a long time before telling me he was just a scheduler and could not help. I then asked why he did not connect me with someone who could answer the question from the start, and he merely replied that they were busy and offered to have someone call me back. If they have an email address for inquiries, they should monitor it. If they are going to list a phone number for questions, they should have a system in place to connect clients to someone who actually understands the services they provide. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience for seeking basic information about a treatment involving my face. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude are not acceptable for a medical spa. I have zero confidence in their process and will be taking my business elsewhere.
