Staff was very friendly and understand of a group of rowdy children/toddlers. We enjoyed the mix of bowling, laser tag, and arcade. There were many staff members cleaning, so although it was a busy place, it didn't feel grimy like some other children's based businesses. The food was pretty standard bowling alley/arcade fair. Prices were very reasonable and we were quite happy with the pepperoni pizza for our crew.

We are visiting Oregon from Seattle, WA, and we wanted to find something fun to do. As soon as I saw this, I wanted to go. We went to play mini golf and drive the go karts, but unfortunately the go karts were temporarily closed. We played mini golf, and I was surprised how pretty the foliage around the course was. It was scenic. They have eighteen holes and it was nice and challenging. I definitely recommend Sun Mountain Fun Center, and will be coming back soon.

Good deal for games, bowling, bumper cars. They have the cards for the games to make playing & ticket redemption easier.

Honestly, I enjoyed the updates so much! This was one of the best times we have had here and the food was good too. I love the new additions and changes that have been made. My only complaint was the prices for the arcade. It has been a long time since I have been to an arcade but seeing $1.00 minimums where a little pricy for me. Other than that, we had so much fun and will definitely be back!!

Love this place! It has gotten so much better over the years with the remodel and everything the laser tag is a recommendation! Bowling's fun arcade is great!

You get about 4 turns (as a group) on the bumper cars, bowling, and each kid gets a $2 card for the arcade.

A very quiet, peaceful stay. I was disappointed in the golf course conditions. We played the Resort Course, the original course here. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. And, I will say the greens were top notch; however, several tee boxes and fairways were very dry and we encountered frequent bare spots. The sand traps needed weeding and a fresh layer of sand. There were no ball washers on any of the tee boxes. For the price, we expected better.

From what I could tell, this was routine maintenance work, not emergency storm cleanup or hazardous tree removal. I understand maintenance has to be done, but the timing felt inconsiderate for a resort community during a holiday weekend when many residents and guests are trying to enjoy the peace and quiet the area is known for. This easily could have been scheduled during the week or resumed after the holiday weekend. Eagle Crest is a beautiful community overall, which is why this decision was so surprising and frustrating.

It was at the tail end of winter, with cold nights and wet days. Rooms have gas fireplaces, with outdoor seating and porches for warmer weather. Checkin was great in the main lodge. They had many friendly employees. There's a bar and restaurant here that I didn't have time to visit! The grounds have paved trails all over, with quick walks or bike rides to restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. They have a free shuttle that can get you around to places quicker too! My room was gorgeous, with high ceilings, wood, and soft decor. The bathroom was very modern and comfortable. Worth the cost. Another place I really wanted to visit was the indoor heated pool area that looked amazing. Maybe next time! For the event we had catered amazing meals of local produce and meats, so many flavorful items. The event spaces all have a lodge feel to them as well, comfortable. I highly recommend staying here for a few days if you're in the area.

They offered to comp us on another stay and we took them up on it. We were there both times in off season (good discounts) so not many guests. The RV park was quiet this time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We like that the overnight guests have sole access to the pool area in the morning and evening. Soaking in the morning was delightful with not so many people around. I agree with others that the food offerings could have been much better altho the fry bread and nachos were really good - albeit not very healthy. Both times we were there the bathrooms were nice and clean and warm. Maybe the hotel is different, but we didn't have to pay for towels as another review stated (maybe they were actually day use folks?) . We only ran into friendly staff. It's not close enough that we would go their every year, but we will likely go again in a few years after they do more of their planned upgrades.
