    One scoop!
    Lisa C.

Finally logged a visit to this new establishment on Entrada. It wears a few 'hats,' in that it is an ice cream shop that also sells specialty coffees and baked goods. They typically carry roughly 8 or so flavors of ice cream or sorbet, with an option for a container or a cone (cake, sugar or waffle). I got a single scoop of a fudge and peanut butter swirl ice cream. Though I ordered a cone, they gave it to me in a container with a cone on top. The single scoop was VERY generous, so bear that in mind when noticing what might seem like a high price. I did not try the coffees or the baked goods. They do carry some cute ball caps and other swag, in addition to take out cartons of ice cream. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few outdoor tables as well as a semi-enclosed area with benches. Overall a nice addition to the blossoming downtown Atascadero area.

Nana's cool new Ice Cream Shop is on Entrada Ave, in the heart of downtown. They are newly open and are in a beautifully done, modern, clean, building. Their customer service is wonderful. The ice cream is a little on the icy side, but was good. The waffle cone was delicious and the coffee was good too. We needed a nice ice cream shop and this is it! Nice outdoor seating, as well.

Located downtown Atascadero is the cutest ice cream shop. We went before the official opening. The owner and her staff are amazing. We were able to try a couple of flavors. We love the cookie dough ice cream. They rotate their flavors constantly. We always get the waffle cones and they are delicious. We have gone back 3 times since. They now serve coffee and a selection of Just Baked items. Love that we now have a great ice cream shop in town.

Unique flavors and excellent service! My boyfriend and I decided to stop by for a quick dessert after lunch, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the ice creams! We tried a few and decided on getting a single scoop of the burgundy cherry. The ice cream was nice and creamy with real cherries chopped up inside, and we received a very generous scoop. We forgot to catch the name of the worker inside, but she was also very kind. We would definitely recommend and come back if we're in the area again!

Lavender, coconut mango, and a heaven hot fudge sundae. The only bummer is the hot fudge is chocolate syrup, not hot fudge

The coconut mango is a must try!! Staff is very kind and helpful. Ice cream is sooooo good. We have yet to try the coffee.

Heaven ice cream with a freshly made waffle cone!

Truly a heavenly first time experience at Nana's! The owner and employee were so welcoming-delivering 5 star customer service. I chose the ice cream flavor "Heaven" with a warm waffle cone. They even brought out pup cups to my doggies. Thank you for opening up in Atascadero!

Great prices and delicious ice cream! Also it's great to know they donated to atascadero middle school 8th grade graduation last week.

I love Nana's. Amazing ice cream and cookies and the friendliest workers. Definitely my favorite stop for a treat! :)

Delicious lattes! Sooo happy to have Tres Hermanos coffee available downtown. Will be back to try an affogato!

Nothing crazy about it. Super creamy which is not my type. Tastes more like a heavy yogurt. Un-welcoming staff as well.

Small shop but good ice cream and a few tables on the sidewalk to sit and enjoy you treat. A bit pricey, though

I could barely see the pastries in the case. No worries though, I saw what I came in for. Purchased a French baguette for $3.70. Beyond amazed at the price. Excited to have some with my coffee, I ripped off a piece almost immediately and noticed the nice crust on the outside. 5 stars for the crust!! As for the flavor, it seemed a little flat. It was lacking some of the wheaty-tangy flavor you would get from a longer prove/fermentation. The inside of it was also missing all those nice deep pockets you see in a French baguette. Overall, not a bad baguette, but not one that you yearn for. I'd like to mention the young lady Annabel I had the privilege of meeting outside of the bakery. She was on a delivery run, but told me about their IG page, and we had a wonderful chat about cookies. Thank you for your time, Annabel, you are awesome!

They had the crunchy, flaky outside while being soft and buttery inside. This is now my favorite place to get a croissant. Tried the ham and cheese today and it was good and still flaky, even after being heated. I've had their plain ones too. Next time, I'll try their almond ones. That seems popular and everyone sitting near me, was eating the almond one.

They also offer a Queen's Tea served in the charming backyard, which looked absolutely adorable and made for some wonderful photos. The outdoor seating has a cozy garden feel, with an Alice in Wonderland vibe, while the High Tea room inside is intimate, with just four tables. One table seats four guests, and the other three seat two each. During our visit, it seemed like nearly every table was celebrating a birthday, which added to the festive atmosphere. Atmosphere and decorations are off the chart. We started by choosing our tea from a full page of loose-leaf tea selections. Each tea arrived in an adorable little teapot with a beautiful china teacup. Shortly afterward, we were served a small coleslaw, followed by the classic three-tiered tea tray. The tray included a lovely assortment of finger sandwiches, fresh scones with clotted cream and jam, crumpets with additional preserves, and a top tier filled with miniature pastries and macarons. The portions were just right, leaving you with a sweet finish without feeling overly full. High Tea was $50 per person, which we felt was well worth it for the experience. I'm not sure of the current price for the Queen's Tea. Be sure to leave a little time to browse the gift shop before you go. It's filled with everything tea lovers could want, including beautiful loose-leaf teas, charming teaware, and the cutest fascinator hats. There are also plenty of picture-perfect spots throughout the property, and don't skip the restroom...it's worth a peek! Every detail of the Tea Trolley is thoughtfully decorated, making the entire visit feel like a special occasion. The service was also spot on. Not rushed but thoughtful and kind.

We received a welcome cider upon arrival and given the opportunity to check out the shop. Once all parties arrived, we were escorted into a side room where our high tea would take place. Each person was able to order their own pot of tea and shared the tower of sandwiches, scones and petit fours. We had a cucumber sandwich, egg salad sandwich, ham sandwich and almond butter sandwich (because neither my friend nor I eat salmon). The sandwiches weee tasty. The scones were flavorful, as were the desserts. It was such a lovely and relaxed experience. There was no rush and we were welcomed to walk around the grounds as we enjoyed our tea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would gladly return in the future!
