Awesome experience here! Joann took great care of me. I called at about 5:15 and she told me she could accommodate me closer to 6pm. Came in at about 5:45 and waited for a short while then was taken care of quickly. They finished at about 6:40! I got a gel mani and a regular pedi. It was $40 base plus 5 for the nail art. They also seated me in a spa chair and did both my hands and feet at the same time. The place is super clean. I could tell the owners really try to get to know their clients and that they care a lot about the outcome of the design. They are super sweet people and they really took their time to do the design I wanted. Don't be weary of all of the 5 stars because it's not a hoax! They really deserve it for their service. I will definitely be back! Other tips: parking is plentiful, they also do biogel nails (it strengthens nails while coating it in a gel like formula that helps the nail grow), and they accept card. While you can come anytime of the week because they are open I would recommend coming earlier in the week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday because that's when they are the slowest. I have been a customer of Cindy for over a year and I am shocked by the service I recently received. I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time and She charged me a total of $65 for a full set which is reasonable but the polish started chipping 2 days later and I reached out to her to fix them since I just got them done for an event. She fixed my nails as requested then proceeded to charge me an additional $30 to fix them. She refuses to take card and insists on you using her atm machine which charges an additional $3. I am appalled that she would not consider my time or money. Paying $100 for a full set and always waiting over my appointment time is just outrageous. Very disappointed with their service. read more

If I had an option I wouldn't even give them one star. Where to begin! I called Cindy the owner to make an appointment for a full set a week in advance. Cindy asked me to text her the time and day that I want to come. I sent her a text back letting her know that I would like to come on Friday . Cindy's response back to me was "please send me a design of what you want on your nails" so I did just that. She texted me back the total would be $57. I responded with that's "great thank you and I will see you next Friday". I work Monday through Friday and it's hard for me to get my nails done during the week work and get away from work, so I decided to request a day off because because I really needed to get my nails done. I was so excited as its been almost 2 full weeks without any nails. I show up 10 min early to my appointment and still waited 25minutes. Cindy finally approached me and asked me who my appointment is with, which I told her my appointment is with you at 12:00. She looked at her book and said do you mean 12:15, I said no I showed her my text and she checked her calendar and had someone else for that time slot. Needless to say you know I was getting a little upset. Cindy said she didn't have any time to do my nails and she would have someone else do my nails for me. I politely declined and told her I'll make another appointment for another time. I tried making an appointment and she kept ignoring my request. A week later I decided to call again and sure enough she had no time for me and that she would have Tony take good care of me. I decided to give Tony a chance i thought to my self why not. Before he began I explained that I have a party to go to and also needed a pedi. They decided to ignore me and sat me at the last table and began to work on my nails. After 20min I reminded both Cindy the owner and Tony that they should get started on my pedi while he is working on my nails. Still they ignored me. Tony as me what design i wanted and I decided to go with ombré. I kept pointing out to him that my nails are not filed straight on the tip and my nails look like press-on nails and that is not ombre' . Again the ignore what i have to say. After my mails are done they them ask me to get up and move to get my pedi done. Of course i then went off. Please understand that I have never written a A bad review, but I did give Cindy the chance to resolve this issue as I truly don't want to give a bad review for small business. Again she completely ignored my request to resolve the issue to fix my nails. Please do not go to Sun Nails as its a joke!! She was unwilling to fix my nails because she said that she didn't want to make them any worse. read more

Nail shape-asked for square and ended up with coffin Nail design- out line crooked (Which matters for the design I asked for.) Gems have already fallen off and I only had my nails done yesterday. Pedicure was rushed and left looking sloppy. Pai Price was much too high considering the poor quality of work. Over all very disappointing. Honestly this will be the most straight up review I'll ever give. If you go here you have to be lucky to get the only two people that are actually good who work here. Which are Cindy and Jim. But they always seem to be busy. I've gotten them a couple of times and they're amazing at what they do. For everyone else.. they have has no clue what they're doing. Every time my mom comes and gets her pedicure done here they always do a very poor job. She always gets these two people one male and one female. Didn't get their names. But they poorly execute everything the massage and the nail decor. My mom only gets a simple French tip and they can't get it done correctly. I got the most hideous set from here recently like 2 weeks ago and honestly this set sent me. I will definitely not be coming back. This set costed 65$. I was honestly shocked when they told me the price because this set was honestly worth 40$. It had a lot mistakes. And it looked nothing like the picture I showed to him. And obviously I know not all the time when you ask for a set it'll be the same but they look completely different. And they weren't even shaped evenly! I'm sad to say that we didn't have a very good experience at this place.. I got someone that was decently OK but I was cut a few times. My friend got someone who rushed her and when we asked to redo the design, she rushed again and put on stickers that aren't even placed well. Now we have to go somewhere else to fix our nails. Sorry it didn't work out, but it looks like the only decent technician seems to be a lady named Cindy from what we were gathering in terms of design? Too expensive. And for everything it's an add on. For a regular pedicure and manicure it was $58 not including tip. The pedicure was half ass and it's an extra $10 to scrub the back of your feet when normally that's just part of a pedicure, and she even asked if I wanted her to scrub the FRONT of the feet for an extra $6 screaming. When it came time for the nail polish she didn't even double coat it with color, she thought I didn't notice she even looked at me. By the time I realized she wasn't going to double coat she was already half way done with the top coat. I asked her to fix a finger (bc it took her 4 min to paint all 10 toes "clean them" and top coat them) she didn't even put top coat on the one she "fixed" afterwards. The manicure my skin is whatever not the cleanest idk what she did. I asked for a pink French tip. She didn't put a base coat in order to clean the tip but maybe if she didn't have to take 1 min painting my nails she could be more careful with the color of the French tip so she wouldn't have to clean it afterwards. Whatevr she triple top coated it but I even had to ask her if she was going to put oil or something at the end. Very half ass job for a very expensive price. The massage chair was never even turned on lol. This was all the older Asian female tech, sneaky older lady I won't forget your look when you didn't double coat the toes, I noticed unfortunately very unprofessional just do your job. At the end I even tipped like an idiot smh. Just another reference price wise. For a gel ombré manicure and regular gel pedicure on a 10 yr olds hands and feet was $80. The ombré design on the 10 yr old fingers were an extra $12. Her hands and feet were very cute tho I won't lie but still, pricey for small hands. First and last time coming here. read more

The pedicure is ok the nails are ok but the waxing... horrible went in to wax my legs arms and underarms the lady missed spots on my legs but that isn't even the worst thing the room she was waxing me in had cockroaches everywhere crawling on the floor one even crawled up the cart by the wax machine and the lady didn't do anything about it it was disgusting I go to this place for pedicure because that's the only thing that is acceptable. read more

I was there this morning because it's close to my house and my former manicurist has moved and I had seen some positive reviews on Yelp. It's not exactly what I'd call inviting or welcoming. The entire staff spoke to each other in Vietnamese the whole time so I couldn't communicate my questions/preferences or problems with the fact that the towels weren't clean. In a steamer, yes, clean, no. I have short nails so I went for a simple mani/pedi..no big deal.. and I'm already noticing ragged edges on my fingernails. He even asked me for a bigger tip since they have 1 person for the manicure and another for the pedicure. I felt that I was generous enough so I didn't give one. read more

This place used to be a another hair and nail salon. They sold it and they got rid of the hair and kept the nail salon only. The new owners remodeled the entire place. It looks super clean and new. Today , I called in and they gave me same-day appointment. I got there and I was welcomed by Willy and pan, I believe they are husband and wife. They were both very welcoming and took very care of me. I was picky to change the gel nail color after putting it on my toe. Pan was very nice and asked me if I liked it. I told her that I wanted something darker and brighter, she was happy to take it off and put another color I choice. I highly recommend this nail salon. Not to mention they were extremely fast. I found this place through instagram and in all honestly it's one of the best nail salons I've been to in a while. I got a gel pedi and full gel acrylic nails set . I would say their pricing is much higher than most salons, but it comes down to the quality of work. In all I paid $78 plus a dollar addition fee for paying with card. So that's the only down fall to this place, that it is pricy , so if you are on a budget don't come to this place thinking you will get a full set with 20 bucks. Initially I went in wanting my acrylics done by Cindy because of her work that I had seen on Instagram but she is usually booked so you can't get your nails done by her as a walk in . You have to schedule in advance. But I got my acrylic set done by a man , whom I did not get his name but he did an amazing work and recreated exactly what I showed him !! My pedi was wonderful to, the lady did a great job in cutting all my cuticles. P.S be aware they will try to sell you all their possible add ons they have. While there I was asked if I wanted a callus treatment for 7 dollars extra . They also asked if I wanted to get waxed.
