I walked in and got lucky that I was seated right away. Tasha took care of me and did pedicure gel. Very friendly and really good at her craft. The price is way better than other places I went to and convenient for me since I live nearby. Make appointment with Tasha If you ever need manicure and pedicure. This will be my place from now on. I just went to this place for the first time. The first thing I see is my nail tech eating a huge corn on the cob in the waiting area. My pedicure was very average, the leg massage that is part of the pedicure was not a message. She basically applied lotion on my leg. A massage is supposed to be enjoyable. When I was walking out an other nail tech was sitting in the waiting area peeling a hardboiled egg. Very unprofessional in my opinion. read more

I went in for a fill with gel polish. Shortly after leaving my gel polish began to bubble and peel. The polish was old, she applied it to thick and she didn't do much to prep the nail before polishing. Then when I came in they made me wait to get the issue resolved. I will not be returning and I would not recommend. read more

This was my first manicure since the pandemic. I was blown away by the care and concern were over the top. I worked with Heather and she was perfect at matching my color for an upcoming photo shoot for @WholeFrog Westlake. I adored the special little decoration that she added. So $97 for a mani & pedi for 2 not to bad. My sister & I had an appointment at 2. We got seated as soon as we walked in great ! What I didn't like is that my cuticles weren't cleaned as good she kept going over parts that didn't need to be clean. My two index acrylic fingers are crooked. My sister & I also had asked for a spa treatment we didn't get either of them. I was sent to a lady to start my manicure, she has another Appointment & just sends me off to another seat to move for the other appointments I found that to be heavily rude. Lastly my sister's nails. They don't match her thumb size at all, like they didn't bother to measure her finger. It's not shaped right either. Some of the staff are nice & it's so clean & quiet in there. I just don't recommend dropping $100 for something I could've done at home. P.S. the lady that did my nails was Lin & the lady that did my sister's was Kim. read more

Literally only walked in to ask a question but before i even got to ask, i was rushed out by the owner repeatedly saying "We're closed, we're closed" and yes i responded by saying "All i wanted to know was the price for a Full set" She then proceeds to say, annoyed "Read sign up there. read it" i then say in return partially irritated "As the owner you don't know your prices and it's too difficult to say them to a possible new customer?" she then says "Oh yeah $30 but we closed still" and i walked out after she said that. I am new to the Valley. I walked in here on a whim while getting my car washed. Originally I was going to go the New Style Nail (something like that) but they were "understaffed and booked" When I walked in I was greeted and assisted right away. I'm always iffy about new nail salons so I switched from acrylic to mani to French tips (before starting of course lol) and Lin (nail tech) was very accommodating. Long story short I received an acrylic French tip mani pedi with a gel finish and it loveeee it all for a great price. Lin definitely provided amazing customer service. This review is for the service only. F RATING. THUMBS DOWN!!! I made an appointment for 1pm they asked me to pick a color and sit down. I sat, I patiently waited, okay few more mins..okay still waiting..waiting..20 minutes later I'm still freaken sitting there twiddling my thumbs. The least they could have done was told me sorry and give us a few minutes, NOPE, nothing. This place sucks, the parking sucks here and overall the service sucks..This is one nail business that WON'T BE GETTING my business for sure. YOU SUCK!!! read more

The best!!! So sweet and friendly as well. My nails always last 2.5-3 weeks probably even longer but that's just the time frame I choose to come back in. I've been to many nail salons and my nails never last that long when I get them done elsewhere. Yesterday I showed a photo of a design I wanted and they did exactly what I asked and I'm obsessed with them. They are so awesome. Highly recommend this place and I'm a picky person lol read more

I am so disappointed ! I went in with a picture of a coffin French tip white ombré that fades then disappear into the pink and showed the lady. She said she was able to do it. So I sat down and got started. Let me list this : 1: multiple nails were crooked ! (Busy talking and doing it too fast instead of taking her time to perfect it) 2. Used a sponge for ombré (I thought it was a procedure but she was just going to just leave it looking spongy !!) 3. When I asked to correct it by just making it all white, she just went over it with white nail polish (over the sponge white & clear top coat) so it looks bumpy 4. When I told her the finished product of her ombré was not ombré she said "This is how we do ombré here. Sometime in picture it look different" instead of trying to fix the problem . I also informed her that "I don't like it" explaining to her what was wrong and instead of her coming up with a solution she does not take responsibility for her action. Biggest waste of time and money here . I did not tip her and she knows exactly why . read more

Let me start of by saying that Lynn in the best! I recently discovered this place which is located by my job. I come here to get gel nails and let me tell you Lynn does such an amazing job. I love that she can get my nails done on my lunch time . Her work is very clean and my nails usually last about 3 weeks. Thank you Lynn you're the best! read more

I got a regular manicure and I asked the lady if she could remove some powder I had on from my last acrylics and she charged me extra which was fine but she didn't completely take it off and then after my manicure was done my nails weren't cleaned at all and they were bumpy because she didn't completely remove the powder and there were bubbles from the top coat and I kindly asked if she could fix and clean a specific nail because it looked like a mess and she told me that it was like that because of the acrylic power (that she barely originally removed) and that she should couldn't fix it!!! Like what?!? read more

I live super close to here and mind you I've always been the one that did my own nails and one day I just decided to treat myself and get my nails done I got French tip with acrylic and the lady who did them did them super fast she did sloppy work though my nails were not shaped all even and I think because I look young that I wouldn't care but I did when she was doing them I was mad like really want to leave and then she even smudged some of the white polish and try to just fix it with the clear coat and and was like okay and she didn't even clean my hands I had polish on my hands I was flaming then she sits me to put my hands underneath some light and she had no problem taking her money out of my wallet and I was mad like I'm never going back there again and ON TOP of her bad work I went to the salon like 3 or 4 days ago and all my nails broke off like it's ridiculous. read more

I went there just because my salon was closed for an emergency unfortunately. I didn't like my nails at all. Kim was extremely fast, and I think that's the reason she did horrible job. My acrylics look so fake an uneven:( I will never go back. read more

I went in for a pedicure with my cousin at 10am on a Sunday. No other customers were in the shop. They were kind of rushing us to pick our colors. That done, we sat in our pedicure chairs and they started working on us. The technicians didnt say a word to us so it was a bit awkward, all the quietness. There was not much of a massage and my pedicure was finished in less than 25 minutes. My cousin's technician nicked her cuticles and I saw the blood from where I was sitting. We didnt say anything because we already knew we werent coming back. My nail design was alright meaning I could of done a 5 dot flower myself. This is my nails. Thanks to Lynn, she is a nice, greeting, conversational person you'll ever meet and I love how she takes her time instead of half fasting it but the one thing that was wrong is that the butterflies came off over night because it didn't stay on so I had to get the 2 nails done again the next day but other than that it was perfect how I wanted to be. It isn't expensive as I thought it would be but short nails is 25$ and long is 35 depending what your tryna get but other than that it turnt out amazing!! Thank you once again!! I think this is the best nail place I have found in awhile. Everyone is pleasant and my nails have turned out great everytime. This is definitely my new nail place and loving that it's so close to home. Know that the only parking is shared with a plaza but I haven't had an issue parking yet. Also I would bring cash unless you want to be charged an extra $1 for using your card. They do have foot spas and lots of great colors to choose from. Plus it's tucked away so there's not a lot of people walking by and staring in (plus for me). Truly relaxing. No blaring TVs either. Love this place read more

I always ONLY get my full set or fill with Kim and my pedicure with Tasha. They are a combo deal. I always love how they leave my hands and feet. I don't know why there are negative reviews. They are always busy for a reason. They have enough staff members. But as I said I only deal with Kim and Tasha. It's also very affordable. read more

After going to Nailissimo in Palmdale when I was visiting family, I got the most terrible job done on pink & white acrylics. Seriously, I could have done a better job myself. It was a nightmare. The next day, I wanted my nails fixed right away, and Tammy at Attitudes was a life saver! Tammy removed the acrylics that were already on my nails. Even though it was very painful, she was very compassionate and did such a wonderful job and it didn't rip my nails at all. She put pressure on each finger after removal to soothe the pain. She took her time to make sure she removed them thoroughly without damaging my nails. Then she did a full set of pink and white glitter acrylic. She didn't rush at all. She was so thorough and made sure every detail of my nails were absolutely perfect. While she did such a thorough job, she was also very quick at the same time which was great! Another thing I liked was that she spoke perfect Engligh and I could understand everything she was saying. She was very nice and we had nice conversation. I got a gel coat on top of my nails and they looked FAB! This is the best acrylic job I've ever had. Can't wait to go back for a pedicure. I'm definitely making this place my new regular spot. Worst Nail job I've ever had!! I'm visiting from the Bay Area and happened to stall time until my movie across the street started. I went to a pregnant nail tech that spoke no English she drilled my cuticles so hard they have scabs and are sore! Full set charged $28 for gel nails and didn't even give me the polish I asked for... My nails look like press on nails lol its so horrible it's funny! My nails look like press ons from Walgreens. Stay away from the pregnant woman she'll destroy your hands! read more

Let me say I'm only rating the place because I have to in order to post. So I use to go to this salon a while back and I didn't have a good experience then but my family said it's changed since then so I went to the salon on Saturday and asked for a silk wrap set with a pedicure. We walked in and had an appointment at 2:30 we came a little early and they had us sit in the massage chairs. The woman who did my toes did a great job. As for my hands, Kim did my set and it was an okay job but it wasn't a smooth finish. I had came in the next day with a friend explaining why we couldn't stay longer yesterday for her to fix our nails and she had an issue with it, I didn't even ask for a refund. She ends up agreeing to fix our nails, we picked the same color out and as I was handing her the nail polish she snatched it out of my hands. It turned into a big issue and I requested my money back she said she had to take my nails off in order for her to give me a refund. (I don't about you but don't want someone touching me let alone with a drill after they snatched something out of my hands) I spent over $100 in this salon, on myself and my friend. We ended up getting the cops called on us because we wouldn't leave until we got a refund. My nail was hurting 3 days later underneath and I didn't know why I thought it was too much powered on the sides so I removed the sides but my nail bed was still hurting so I had to remove the nail and this was underneath my nail. I'm not sure how his happened under my nail but not only did I not get my refund back my real nail is messed up and the set of nails are already falling off and it hasn't even been a full week. Attitudes is the best when it comes to nails and waxing. Kim always makes my nails look awesome and doesn't do a sloppy job like a lot of other manicurists. Kim is also the only one I trust to wax my eyebrows. She knows not to make them scary Asian thin and knows how to shape them in the best way to flatter my face. read more

I am still suffering with the horrible jib done by Nour…read more The first time was Good but I needed 2 touch ups for it to stay so a year after that i opted to come in for a touch up and upon my arrival she tells me it's been more then a year sot its the full cost again- i was kind of shocked and should of left. So she proceeded to do them all over while in her phone it hurt so bad way different then Yhe other times but I thought i just need to suck it up. It took her like a half hour which is the time of a touch up- she kept telling me to make sure i come back for The touch up and wehen I need to return by. A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. My eye brows are still Red oh and btw she changed the shape so she tried to color over the red but that was red as well. Its been a horrifying experience that will take years to get over..

After my visit, I developed an issue on my right toe, which is completely unacceptable and honestly alarming. From what I observed during my appointment, hygiene practices were not being followed properly. I personally saw tools being reused on multiple clients without being properly sanitized, despite the fact that they clearly have sanitation machines available. That alone is a serious violation and puts customers at risk. When I brought this issue up, the man at the front with the thick eyebrows did absolutely nothing to help. There was no concern, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the severity of what happened. Because of this, I will be reporting this salon to the Board of Cosmetology. No one should have to worry about infections or unsafe practices when getting something as routine as a nail service. Please be careful if you are considering coming here. Your health and safety should always come first, and based on my experience, this place does not meet those standards.
