Usually it goes very well and I really like the staff. I just do basic stuff. Pedicure is around $20. Maybe have gone to $25 recently. Manicures, tips, acrylics, fancy stuff, see website. They have other services, too, for hair threading and removal, I think. Bathroom there is nice and clean. Work stations seem clean. ( REMIND TECH TO WASH HANDS!) Tips for More Relaxing Visit: If you enjoy a good soak for your feet, then go when not busy. Otherwise, they will want to rush you a bit. Also if you want your manicure done before or after your pedicure, tell them. Otherwise, you will be twisting your body a lot and potentially end up with not only a very not-relaxing-visit ( think of "tapping your head and rubbing your stomach" at same time for 45 minutes!), but your back might get a spasm from being twisted to left then right, or in reverse. TIMING I split these up. And I usually go on a Monday when it isn't nearly as busy. Also, come well before 6pm. It shows respect. They close at 8pm. Tips - Always in cash. Plan for that. My husband took me to vet a mani and pedi. I saw this place and decided to try it. When I arrived, all the nail techs were busy. I told them I wanted a mani and pedi, they told me to go to station 2. They filled the water for my pedi but left me there for 10 minutes therefor the water got cold. When the lady finally was able to do the mani and pedi told me to put my feet back in the water and I told her it turned cold. She dumped some out and added more warm water. I would give 0 or 1 stars, but the older lady who did my pedicure did a fine job. My complaint is with what seem to be the owners. I came in without an appointment and the woman said they could take me. She didn't tell me there would be a 45 minute wait even though there were very few customers and were already being worked on. When i walked in I told her that I wanted a specific OPI color and she said they had it. When it came time for the polish, they brought out a copycat color that was not even close to the same. The man working there insisted that it was, but I've used the OPI one for years and what he had certainly was not the same, so I had to choose something else. Then lastly, to further their horrible service rather than apologize for the lie about the color, they charged me a service fee for paying with my card. read more

Got my pedicure done here about a month ago with Stacy. She took off too much skin and pushed in my ingrown instead of taking it out. My toe started bleeding and she put nail glue on top of the nail like if the nail broke. Then she dipped my feet back in the water. I didn't say anything because I didn't think anything of it. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the results were far off what I expected. Also some of my nails were crooked and the shape was not to my liking. I also noticed they don't sanitize their equipment and they reuse dirty foot scrubers and files. They take forever just to do a pedicure! Other places I've been too take less then 20 mins for a pedicure and this place takes about 45-1 hour. And I'm not talking about waiting time. They have that saying you get what you pay for..Yuppp well I sure did but even worse. This place recently opened up and they have a special for Mani/Pedi for $25. At the other place I use to go to it's $22 just for the pedicure so I said heyyy what the heck let's try this out. I've been here twice, first time was okay I just got the pedicure. The 2nd time I ended up getting the manicure/pedicure with callus remover which costs an additonal $7. The lady didn't even get all the callus cuz my feet are still a lil rough on top of that my freaken manicure the nail polish was already chipping within a day and the color has faded. They don't have a good selection of colors and they have cheap nail polishes, they have some OPI but the rest are like cheap 99 cent store nail polish. I'm sooo pissed because it doesn't even look like I actually went out and got a professional manicure/pedicure it looks like I did it myself. Total amateur job, I will no longer return, I rather pay the extra $10 at my old place and get a beautiful mani/pedi that lasts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! First and foremost the young girl who sits at the front desk is beyond rude!! She's the Asian version "Karen"! I showed up at 7:35pm and she tells me that they are closed. I look at the door at it says 8pm. I mention the sign and she was curt and cavalier like "No were closed" I ask why is the door open? She hand no viable answer. The owner walks to the front and I ask her the same question and she obliged me by doing a gel manicure and pedicure. But it's was $65??? I paid it but never again. I normally don't play the race card, but I think she had an issue that I was Black. And I don't say this with ease. But considering that nail salons have been closed for 3 months, you better roll out the red carpet for any and everyone and save your prejudice for another time. Stay away from this place!!
