I hate to say it because I know for a fact that Cindy the owner does beautiful work and also the younger gentleman with glasses but unfortunately they use very cheap nails. You will be back before the two weeks to replace at least one nail. I haven't been here for over two years and now I remember why I stop coming here. I just got Gel X nails last week and two are breaking. I did a project with my daughter and soaked some vases with hot water and instantly my nails started melting and folding in half. The nails themselves are very thin. It's unbelievable how cheap they are. And honestly I wasn't even happy with how they came out. Whatever you do please do not get the older old man that works there. He definitely does not know how to shape the nails. I got the almond shape nails and unfortunately they looked very straight. He just relies on how the nails are already shaped and just glues them on. Like I mentioned I haven't been here in over two years so their almond shape nails are very different from where I go now. Over all I am very disappointed on the service and the nails. Don't waste your money, go somewhere where your nails will last for at least two whole weeks. Honestly save your time & money and just go somewhere else. I went here months ago because it's super close to where I live and the reviews looked OK but I remember leaving in so much pain. then today I decided to go back and give them one more shot because I remember liking the nails to an extent and it had been two years, but then as I was sitting there, instantly i remembered the exact same painful experience reciprocate from the first time. now keep in mind I went for a gel X fill not even a full set, and this man was drilling so hard into my nails not only that but every single time he filed both sides of my nails he was literally filing down my skin on every single side of every single one of my fingers to the point of them bleeding both last time and this time. I told him so many times "ow I'm sorry you're hurting me, I'm sorry can you please not do that" and he just looked at me and said OK and kept on going. On top of that when he was putting the gel on my nails and told me to immediately put it inside of the light, my nails were burning because of how deep he had just drilled that I could feel it burning and I took my nails out. he said what are you doing? Additionally, I kept having to take my hand out of the light because one he was never telling me when to take it out, so it had been cooking for over a minute and a half and not ever turning off every single time he told me to put my hand in there. Not only was it so painful but the color of my nails was not at all the color i wanted. I pointed to the shade i wanted it to resemble but to my surprise he had already picked his own color for me and i said it was the same and continued. Also a bunch of nails were crooked. Not worth it just go to a nail girly who works from home. For a french tip fill on gel x was $65 before tip so i guess its a good price but idk i guess you get what you pay for. vibe also wasn't immiculate, it was pretty silent most of the time and they have a tv but it just plays a loop video of coffee beans read more

I used to really enjoy coming here, but unfortunately my recent experiences haven't been great. Cindy's pricing has increased, yet the quality of service hasn't matched. I've had issues with my nail polish chipping quickly and have had to return multiple times just to have an extra coat applied, she seems upset almost every time I've also noticed that other nail at other salons--provide more thorough work and better overall results. Cindy schedules appointments very close together (about every 45 minutes), which makes the service feel rushed, especially when it comes to cuticle care. It's also frustrating that clients are expected to be strictly on time, but there can still be long wait times even with an appointment. Overall, the level of service has declined, and it hasn't been the same positive experience it once was. There is plenty of nail technicians in the area that are better nowadays. FYI if you read most comments say the owner Cindy is rude and does not honor appointments. read more

Honestly they turned the experience around. I came in for a regular pedicure. First time here. The woman that did it did a great job with it until it was time to polish. The polish she was using seemed dry but I didn't say anything . It wasn't until she seemed rushed to get me out of the chair with wet toenails still that I did get upset. She tried to help me put my sandal on but it messed up. That's when I said something because I felt rushed and my nail polish looked even more messed up. But then the lady apologized and she redid them with a new polish. What a difference! I was so impressed with the customer service. Who I believe is the owner came by and apologized too. DONT GO HERE. It was by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. There are many things that went wrong during my appointment . For starters The salon is dirty, the woman that did my nails re used an old acetone bowl to soak my nails, and it smelled so bad. She didn't know how to remove hard gel from my nail and was hurting me in the process.. she half did my whole appointment and finished in 20 MINUTES!!!she did not clean my cuticles she rushed everything. She applied my clear coat with the dust from removing my old gel, didn't even ask me to rinse my hands before the clear coat. This resulted to my nails having bubbles all through out my nails. I have gone in for pedicures several times. And I've also gone to Cindy to do acrylics several times, she does the best nails I've ever had and I love her work. But just 5 days ago I went in for a gel pedicure. And a different woman who did my toes, really hurt my left toe nail. I don't know her name, but she cut my nail too narrow. She cut the side of my toe nail to "square" it. But cut TOO MUCH. It's super red and swollen. I've never had an ingrown toenail but its becoming one because of how she cut it. Its so painful I haven't been able to wear shoes, just sandals. I paid $50 + $7 tip. I wouldn't ever pay this much for a normal gel pedi. Specially for you unprofessional work. read more

I walked in fir a pedicure without an appoitment, and waited for 30 minutes. A lot of the polishes looked old and separated, but I found one I liked. My manicurist did not speak too much English, and never smiled. I also noted after I sat down that that the place was old, shabby, with broken equipment. Religious Christian programming was on the TV, no music. Not relaxing. She asked if I wanted her to do my calluses, which I assumed was part of the pedicure. Apparently it was extra. She asked if I wanted a scrub on my dry skin. I told her no several times. Eventually I caved in. It did not help, my skin was still dry afterwards. I was unhappy with my nails. I texted Cindy to see if she can fix them and she said not until a week later, keep in mind I just needed 2 nails fixed. She told me someone else will have to fix them and I still have to pay to get the nails fixed. So many things were wrong with my nails but despite everything I just wanted to fix 2 nails. I decided to write a review weeks after my service to see how my nails are and so I can write a more accurate review. I came to the salon a week before Mother's Day. I usually get gel manicure. Joann recommended that I do bio gel because it's better for my nails and she highly recommended it. It's pricier than the regular gel but I gave it a try. I rarely grow my nails because they are brittle. The picture I attached is as of TODAY! This is a month later! Joann was very true to her word and the quality of her work is beyond amazing. Overall this place feels old. Nothing seems very sanitary in comparison to the nail salons I normally go to. Pedicure was fine. Nothing spectacular. The woman helping me was kind, quick and efficient. The man that gave me my manicure cut 3 of my fingers to the point I saw blood. I didn't bother with polish as my fingers felt like they were on fire. I only came here because it was one of the few places open at 730 in the morning, but definitely won't be returning. I love this place! Very gentle when working on you. I've been to many places where they hurt you and don't even solve the problem. I got gel x and pedi and everyone who worked on me was so nice! The gentleman that did my nails is very skilled at what he does. They have beautiful preset acrylics for display if you can't decide on something you like. I will say because of the heat way in LA right now there was no AC but they provided me with a small fan and it definitely helped. I feel like it was fairly priced. It was $37 for regular pedi $10 for callus removal and $53 for gel x and $15 for the ombré. In total I paid $115 read more

I don't write reviews but I had to on this place, on august 13 , went into the nail salon for the first time, I had a 2:30pm appointment they didn't sit me down until after 3pm let's start by saying how dirty the place was floors were filthy pedicure chairs were dirty as well, a male started on my feet I did a pedicure with callus removal so once they add the cream on 1 foot and wrap it fine the technician used the same wrap on my other foot same wrap he didn't even turn it around so cross contamination Then they use a hot towel to clean and wipe off the feet right again he used the same towel on both feet, I called him on it and a lady came by me I told her what happened why is he using the dirty disposal plastic on different feet (R) & (L) she said that's how they do it I have been getting my nails and pedicures for 30 years I have never experienced that before that was just nasty and cheap on there side at this point I asked if someone was going to do my nails a gentleman said yes I am the man was painting my toes at this point it's 4:00pm so far I have been there for 2hrs for a simple procedure I sat in my chair for another 30min got up to pay my bill of $35 and was walking out the man said I will do your nails know ugh how long will that take he responded 40min so it was going to be over 3hrs for my nails and feet to get done, he painted my nails very poorly and the best part was the worst massage ever I was very unhappy I don't recommend this place at all bad customer service, dirty, reused items and takes to to long go somewhere else don't waste your money or aggravation read more

Very unhappy. I went in last week on Thursday and got a full set acrylic. When I went in there, I showed the woman a picture on my phone and asked her if she could do this design. She said no that she could only put stickers so I said OK that's fine. I had her put stickers on three nails and the rest were just a green French tip. When I left the salon that's when I noticed everything was crooked. I let it go and just said whatever it is what it is but then the next day Saturday, one of the stickers came off. While examining the nails because the sticker had just fallen off, I noticed that underneath the gel polish there was a hair. I reached out to Cindy on Instagram on Saturday. Sent her pictures and let her know that there was many things wrong with my nails. She told me I could come in Tuesday and they would redo the nails free of charge. I agreed, however, today, Monday, while I was washing my hands in the morning, one of the nail came off. Throughout the day three more of the nails fell off! I have never had an experience or after three days the nails are falling off, crooked, stickers come off, hair underneath nail, etc. With that, I messaged Cindy again and I asked her can I please get a refund this is ridiculous. I've never had anything like this happen. She told me there was no refunds available. I will not be returning here, I would not recommend going here, read the reviews before you go. read more
