The facility, once a welcoming and well-run community, has suffered from poor leadership, lack of transparency, and a noticeable decline in professionalism. Veronica consistently fails to communicate important information with families, often keeping crucial details hidden or changing policies in a way that confuses memory care residents. Her lack of social awareness and engagement is evident--she appears nervous and uncomfortable when speaking, avoids direct interactions by staying in her office, and does not take the time to truly know residents or their families. Rather than taking responsibility for the facility's issues, she deflects blame onto others and delegates her responsibilities, which has negatively impacted staff morale and overall care quality. Since she took over, we have seen an increase in concerns, including visits from Adult Protective Services and multiple families forced to relocate their loved ones due to poor communication and unprofessional management. Before Veronica's tenure, our loved one was thriving in a positive, supportive environment with dedicated staff. Now, that level of care has declined, and the once-excellent team seems stifled under her leadership. This facility desperately needs leadership that prioritizes residents' well-being and open, honest communication with families as this was prior to this new manager starting. We truly hope Citrus Heights Terrace addresses these concerns before more families feel the need to make difficult decisions to leave for their loved ones' care.

No one checked her bedding or personal hygiene and while visiting her on several occasions we found soiled sheets, underwear and sleepwear. She was kept heavily sedated and ignored most of the time. One visit she had from a social worker found her half naked in the living room with other patients. She paid over $10,000 per month there and received no better care than she did while living in places that cost her less than half that.

The facility is clean and safe. Mom enjoyed the food and she was a picky eater! They have on-sight hair dresser and podiatrist. Residents are kept busy with plenty of entertainment. Walking outside in the landscaped grounds provides good exercise and relaxing moments under the shade trees. Kudos to caregiver Becky. She would tuck mom into bed at night and helped her with all her personal needs. She was so kind and patient. Mom also enjoyed the kindness of China, Terry, Kristy, Jerilyn, Micky, Rachael, Marnie.....and so many more great people. They all felt like family. I can't say enough good things about All Seasons. First I will start with Toly the owner . From the time I reached out, he was attentive, communicative and kind. He spent so much time with me, easing my fears and worries that we would find the right place for my dad. He kept me updated all along the way with the waiting process. And he gave me such good advice during the time we were waiting for a spot to open up for my dad. I will never forget the kindness and compassion and dignity he showed our family along the entire process. Second, Lauren, the house manager at the home my dad was in. From day one, she came alongside my dad-really wanting to know him, to understand him, and to help him thrive during his time at All Seasons. Her care and love for dementia patients and their families is second to none. I was constantly amazed at not only her patience and kindness towards my dad (who was very difficult a lot of time) but also to us as his family who were trying to navigate the difficult behaviors and circumstances surrounding his disease. We will forever be indebted with gratitude that my dad had Lauren as his caregiver and advocate for the last part of his life. Also, Hector, Lilly, Melissa and so many more. All the caregiver at All Seasons seemed to be called to care for these special patients. My dad had previously been in a large memory care. For everyone there-it was a job and only that.
