We browsed the entire store (see photos attached of some available items and prices) and saw the impressive breadth of items this store offers! We were offered assistance and apologies for how messy the place was multiple times, but personally we didn't mind and loved the family business vibe. We noticed different sections denoted by letters, but we didn't see any signs nor did we ask what departments of items the letters corresponded to. Anyway, we ended up buying: 2 x $2.50 revlon liquid lipstick 2 x $2 revlon nail polish 2 x 3/$5 baby wipes 1 x $2 baby wipes (individually priced, separate from the deal) 1 x $30 set of 2 battery operated and remote controlled sconces (NOT included in the photo but found similar on Amazon for $80!) Yet again, I was so pleased with my experience here and cannot recommend it enough!

James was a friendly guy that assisted me. He opened up the box and made sure it was to my liking. This is not in a very good part of town. I went there in the daytime just as they were closing up. I felt safe, but I feel safe in very precarious circumstances anyway. I found this item on OfferUp site.

On day 2, I checked with the company that delivered the scooter, and they would have charged me just $180. A 20% markup or $40, and Cloud of Goods did nothing. Save your money and search local companies. Save the 20% with a 3-minute Google search. Would love to be contacted by Cloud of Goods for a 10% refund. Don't see that happening. Mango Rentals was the company that fulfilled the order, AND THEY WERE AWESOME! Go straight to them if you need a scooter while in Phoenix. Ed B

This is for the experience we had in Anaheim: The ultralight…read morescooter we rented fell apart when it was transported on a cargo carrier between our hotel and Disneyland, a distance of about 2 miles. The throttle lever fell off somewhere during that drive. We spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get help from the company. Their only offer was to leave the park and meet a driver, who would deliver a different product that we couldn't put on the cargo carrier (to heavy), then do the same thing at the end of the day. Repeat every day. We were offered the chance to cancel the remainder of the contract. At the end of the day, we took the useless scooter back to the hotel, who graciously agreed to keep it in the lobby for the company to pick up. We rented a scooter from Disney every remaining day. On the drive back to our home state, we again attempted to contact the company about a refund. It took three calls and 2 hours to get any answers. They refunded me an amount that left me with a charge of $98 for what amounted to half a day's use. The "damage waiver" is non-refundable, even if the damage is caused by defective merchandise. The customer service is terrible, the product was shoddy, and I would never rent from them again.

I did see a young security uniform guy outside on his phone . Many aisles of items are locked up, even hair barrettes and hair brushes. I went in to get Tums, ( not locked up) since I had an hour long stomach ache. The Walmart "equate " brand in 4 flavor choices was $2.50.... and I need eye itch drops as my allergies have made eyes sore, hurting and feel like they're on fire. The (locked up) equate eye drops were $5 instead of Pataday for $14-20 I hope they work cuz my eyes hurt so much. But while I was looking in the locked cases deciding on the eye drop choices, an employee approached me asking if I needed anything in the case! So that wasa wonderful experience for me and my eyes of fire. He told me he'd leave the drips at the cosmetics cashier, and I agreed. I to my tums & fiery eyes to Cosmetics so I could pay, then eat a couple Tums. I shopped in cosmetics then shopped thru clothes and I found a sun hat and some flowy beach pants I want to get for my trip. I l lost my sunglasses & they are sell Panama jack polarized one there so I'll prob get those as well. I was too tired to shop but I'll return soon.

In my experience, Walmart failed to act fairly or ethically when issues were brought forward. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns in a neutral and professional manner, I was subjected to what felt like ongoing harassment, selective enforcement of policies, and targeted treatment that appeared retaliatory in nature. Processes that should have been objective were handled inconsistently, and I was repeatedly put in situations that created unnecessary stress and pressure. What was most concerning was the apparent lack of accountability and transparency. Policies were applied unevenly, communication was unclear or misleading, and there was little opportunity for good-faith resolution. Rather than de-escalating the situation, Walmart's approach intensified it, leaving me feeling singled out rather than supported. Based on my experience, Walmart's corporate culture prioritizes protecting itself over treating people fairly. I would strongly caution others--whether customers or employees--to document everything, understand their rights, and proceed carefully when dealing with Walmart's management or internal processes. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion, and I hope Walmart takes accountability and makes meaningful changes to how it treats individuals who speak up.

Fast forward to current day 2026, it's giving Goodwill vibes, marking up items so high it's actually cheaper to go into Nordstrom its self and buy the item brand new with no issues. I've heard management has changed and that has been the cause for the price gauging. Honestly I blame influencers for showing off their finds and management for then taking advantage of people also looking for the same deals. But I'm over influencers and brands caring more about influencers than the people who have kept them in business for years, instead we pay more for an item than it's being sold for in the original store. It's a shame greed takes over and people lack integrity. I hope one day things can be adjusted and it makes sense to shop here again. Maybe with another change in management? One that knows what they are doing?
