Anytime I've been here, people are jockeying for parking. Often I've had to take my mother and park in the residential area a block away and have her get in a wheelchair on someone's lawn then wheel her into the facility. The second egregious thing is that it's a hospital and the main door doesn't have an auto open for wheelchair access. Is this not basic accommodations at a hospital?? This just makes visiting this building a hardship even though the doctors and nurses provide a good service.

Dr Curti is the best…read more I recently had a bad experience with his office and wrote a really nasty review. I had decided to leave the office and search for anew hematologist. I found one in Long Beach and that Dr told me that Dr Curti was the best. During this time, Dr. Curti was calling me to help me and let me know what steps he had taken to fix the problem. When you're sick, you don't always think clearly or rationally. Anemia can make you crazy. My cognition was off and I was very depressed. But Dr Curti saw right through that. He helped me. I'm still dealing with my anemia 14 months later but he's helping me and he's not giving up. His staff is wonderful and after our little bout, I few like they are part of my health team. I had written a terrible review before, but after all they have done, they don't deserve it. Dr Curti WILL help you. And along the way if things get bumpy, tell him. He will help you. I was going to give the whole troubled history of how I came to be Dr. Rayhanabad's patient, but…read moreit's a long story, so instead I'll just relay the recent, happy part of my story. I want to start off by saying that finding Dr. Rayhanabad (here on Yelp) was the BEST FIND I've ever had! Well, actually, I believe I was being Divinely *led* here (to this Yelp review); in fact, Divinity has stayed with me, and Dr. Rayhanabad, during this whole trial! Thankfully, my breast cancer was discovered early, and Dr. Ray..., unbeknownst to her at the time, scooped it all out! "Unbeknownst to her at the time..." because all the tests showed that my cancer was only 3cm and so that is the number that Dr. Ray... was working with during my surgery. But, because it's her practice to scoop out more tissue (more than many, if not most, of her peers), she ended up getting out all 4cm of the cancer with 1cm of clear margins! When I saw her at my post-op follow-up appt., she said she was very surprised at the actual size of my cancer, which, she said, made her even happier when she saw that the tissue had clear margins. She said she did the Dance of Joy! She also said that I was very lucky, because if she had known it was actually 4cm in size, she would've had to do a mastectomy. (I have since told her that maybe I should be a case study to show that you don't necessarily have to do a mastectomy based solely on the size of the cancer.) Anyway, due to the fact that Dr. Rayhanabad is a superbly skilled surgeon who has a high success rate in following the "One and Done" motto, all the (known) cancer is out of me! ("One and Done" meaning, only going into surgery once, get out all the cancer, and be done with it.) I am so happy that Dr. Rayhanabad will be with me on this journey for the foreseeable future; and now, when I see her walk into the room, I get such a sense of joy & comfort. THANK YOU Dr. Rayhanabad for your surgical skills, for the joy your work brings you, and for the great love you have for your patients! They can't speak to me I've tried to reach the corporate office and they bring me back to the overseas customer service. I did finally speak to somebody in July who told me that it should be there the check should be here in two weeks again it is now October 20 25 and I did speak to somebody the other day at corporate office who said that they were sending it out I got a check for $15 not for 75. He wrote a prescription to a patient using my information and passing as myself. I called today and the receptionist said "We verified it was you". How can my information be verified without my social, ID, and birth certificate?!?! This place is a fraud and they allow people to use your information to get the medical attention they need...and who knows what else.
