I walked in not really knowing exactly what I needed as I'd just received a snowboard and neither boots nor bindings for Christmas, and the salesperson who helped me showed me everything I needed for maintenance and care, but didn't try to push me to buy anything unless I wanted to. I had a pair of ski boots that I thought were too small, so Krista assisted me with a boot fitting. It turned out that I just needed a insole insert, which saved me several hundred dollars.
