This is the 2nd time coming here to get my nails done!! They do a great job! Love my nails- I found my new spot. I even took my middle son with me last visit and they talked him into a pedicure. So that was fun to get a pedicure with my son. :) The nail art lady- I can't remember her name but she is excellent!! It's right next door to Embassy Tanning & Cryotherapy - whom the owners are some of my best friends- they recommended this nail shop to me. :) The vibes were clean but they still had some Christmas decor up. lol I'm unsure if Most people even notice it- but it's kept nice in there compared to other nail shops I've tried over the years- without major price gouging because of the decor. :) read more

So although I appreciate being seen as a walk-in...my pedicure was straight GARBAGE! I paid $65 for the deluxe pedicure and the gal (Tina?) spent barely 20 minutes... absolutely NO FOOT MASSAGE, ran the hot stones up my shins two times, slapped the polish on and that was about it! As I sat there afterwards getting my manicure I was absolutely mean-mugging other customers getting better pedicures, and they didn't even request the most expensive one like I did! I then realized Tina had an appointment waiting and she just rushed me to get to her regular customer... Told the gal at the front desk, and made it a point to say that only the manicurist gets the tip because the pedicure was a joke and she didn't even apologize for the crappy service. I used to come here often and get my nails done, after they remodeled and an older gentleman became their main cashier he's always been rude to me and my sisters. he would even tell us that they are closed up to 3 hours before they closed as if they refuse to service us. the worst experience was when he refused us but allowed another woman in. I was there a couple days ago, I was there for 2 hours or more for a full set that included French tip and 1 design on each hand. Although the nail tech did try to do a good job I kept having to ask her to go back and fix things. I did ask in advance if she could do what I was asking and she said yes when she was clearly not confident in doing it. They charged me $85, honestly if they came out the way I wanted I wouldn't complain about the price. The place I usually go to does my nails perfectly and have never charged me $85. This place is nice if you want something super simple, like your whole nail painted one color and short. They over charged me and I wasn't satisfied with my nails. I had a pretty standard experience. Nothing spectacular but my nails look great. I received the phase 2 pedicure from Ana. She was pleasant and efficient. Received a full set from Michelle who did a really great job. Best acrylics I've had in a while. There was an up charge for the shape(coffin) which is noted on their price board and for the matte top coat (which I though was odd). The regular polish I chose had a matte finish so it only made sense to request the top coat to maintain that finish. I didn't expect to have to pay more since it wasn't noted anywhere and I wasn't informed until afterwards. Overall, I would absolutely return here again. read more

After finishing my sisters pedicure they made her wait in the chair for over 40 minutes before starting her manicure. During this time, several walk in clients arrived and were taken care of before starting on her. They then proceeded to put an acrylic full set on her nails despite being told not to. Tried to blame it on my sister which is absolutely unacceptable. I've been coming here for years and am floored at our experience today. We won't be back. read more

Paid $40 for the pedi was one above the basic was supposed to include hot stones massage , value removal, and scrub. The pedi did not include a hot stone massage. My 4year old was with me and getting a pedi too the lady was so rude to us from the start. She said my daughter talked too much (first words) not even a hi or how are you.... the lady threw mine and my feet around. Took 20 mins and gave me a dry callus removal. My feet are worst then when I went in. I did not relax for a second because they are so rough and rude that I went into survival mode. I had to make sure my daughter was taken care of the entire time. They did not even offer to pull up her chair or throw a pillow behind so she would reach. If there was a zero star rating I would give it. I had called before coming in to ensure they would have time and be okay with doing my set. A man was the one who took care of me and was extremely rough my hands. After burning me and nearly cutting me with the drill, the nails were less than good. I was very disappointed by this service. The nails were thick, uneven, shaped awful and spilling onto my cuticles. I went there yesterday to get my nails done and I asked if they had holographic powder to do my nails and they told me yes but it would be extra and I didn't mind that because that's what I wanted. so the lady was doing my nails and she had no idea what she was doing when it came down to applying the holographic powder. on one of my hands she put down some type of bass coat and the other one she didn't at all and after she was "done" applying the powder there was still black polish streaks that you could see because she didn't apply it right and instead of asking an other worker who knew how to do it she just kept doing whatever she thought was right. So I ended up paying the whole 50$ and when i asked if they could fix it they just kept telling me it looked fine and there was nothing to fix so I ended up leaving and ended up painting over them because they looked so bad and they made me waste 50$ when they could've got someone else to do the powder instead of her not knowing how and doing it anyway After I posted this review they immediately contacted me asking if I would be able to go in and fix it and I agreed and I went in there and their service was very nice they have amazing customer service and did my nails again for free and I love them!! They are nice but the actual pedicure was not great. Start to finish she spent a total of 22 minutes from start to finish. Two of those minutes she was off getting towels. The massage was just under 4 minutes total. She was clearly rushing to just get to the next customer. read more

Love the concept of this place but got ripped off on the count that things weren't explained well at all when it comes to money. I paid for 5 x sessions of platinum are $119 plus 1 x Cryo $75 So before tax I paid $194, on 8/9/2020. Then I read that to become a member you have to pay $159 for 1 month of usage first before you can pay a fee of $119 per month. And there is a special for Cryo for $35 for members only. After I paid but before I used services I brought this up as a question as the $159/$119 member thing wasn't brought up at all or offered in any way. It was THEN explained to me the above. So I said can my paid amount be reallocated to the $159 month starter so that I can get going with membership? The answer is no. No refunds and pointed to the hand written sign on the card terminal. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for flexibility with the payment made. $194 -$159 = $35 and would have gladly paid the extra $40 for the Cryo that I wanted. The lack of adequacy surrounding shiesty finances is lovely. Thanks so much for 1) failing to explain and 2) not having an ounce of customer service surrounding this. You would have got more money out of me by doing the right thing - as a manager of a hospital myself, I know how to treat customer service. No wonder it's dead in here. read more
