Very nice medspa in the technology area of Irvine. Located as a suite within a medical building, the elevator can be taken to the second floor to find the place. Many of the signage and menus are in Chinese and during my facial the therapist used what she described as Chinese pressure point techniques with a tool similar to face yoga or gua Sha to lift and massage the facial muscles. I went through Groupon to get a hydrafacial at a major discount and it turned out great. They had a machine for the exfoliation so no extractions with a tool or finger squeezing needed. They also put a thick putty liquid that becomes gel over time at the end which felt amazing! The staff were nice and offered flower tea and black tea while you wait and they had some tufted silver and white chairs. Although there isn't music in the therapy rooms, you can hear other people talking and walking by. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend it to friends and family with the Groupon discount. read more
