I love saisons and they're hard to find at microbreweries so I was completely surprised to find out they had 2 on the menu. I tried both the Full Bloom and the Saazerous Supreme. I went with the full Bloom since it wasn't as bold flavored as the other. It was nice with plenty of body but must say not my favorite as far as saisons go. The service was good and the bartender was knowledgeable. Inside was clean but stark. It felt as though the bar top was higher than a usual bar so if you're short you might not want to sit there. Grab a table instead it might be a better size. It wasn't very crowded but it was 5:30 on a weeknight however as time went on, a nice stream of people came in. I should go back on the weekend and check it out. However, it's not on my list as a repeat.

Finally good brewery in the area, so happy that we visited that place that offers very interesting beers. Their Pilsner and Lager are very solid. We also tried Farmhouse Ipa that offers interesting complexion of flavors as it is brewed and then put in barrels that once contained the wine lingering with its flavors almost like saison but keeping the good IPA profile. We will definitely visit again, hopefully soon!! :)

House of Montmorency (one of my favorites!)

Cozy brewery with great beers. Service is always great too, very friendly and helpful. Their fruity farmhouse ales are my favorite!

    Tulip, Pils and Ambrosia pastries!

Each creation was thoughtfully crafted with exquisite flavors. The entire team was warm, attentive and made the evening special from start to finish. To top it off, the chef presented us with roses at the end of the night very thoughtfull and sweet. This wasn't just a meal;it was an experience I'll never forget. Highly recommend!

My friend and I had an unforgettable evening at Noe. We went on a Tuesday night and, to our…read moresurprise, were the only guests in the restaurant -- which turned the entire dinner into a deeply personal, almost private dining experience. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Jimmy, our butler/bartender, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The hospitality was warm without being stiff, and the service had a level of attentiveness you rarely find anymore. Chef Robert Gadsby personally came out to introduce himself and his team, and he remained hands‑on throughout the entire evening. Over the course of 12 beautifully crafted courses served across about 2 1/2 hours, he tailored each dish to our tastes. Before every course, they asked thoughtful questions about what we liked, what we didn't, and what we were curious to try. It truly felt like the menu was being created just for us. The only small downside -- and I mention this with appreciation for the chef's passion -- is that Chef Gadsby spent quite a bit of time sitting with us and talking during the meal. He's a wonderful man with fascinating stories, but at times I would have preferred to simply savor the flavors and enjoy the quiet moments between courses. Still, his enthusiasm for his craft is undeniable. Overall, the food, the service, and the level of personalization made this one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. We will absolutely be back. I highly recommend Noe to anyone who considers themselves a foodie or loves a meal tailored to their tastes. And if you can, try going on a quieter night -- the personalized experience becomes even more special.

Amanda's energy and passion was outstanding. The tour was about 45 minutes and includes a tasting flight. Since I do not drink bourbon, they allowed my to substitute a drink. There were so many options that I was interested in trying, but after discussing what I like with Amanda, she suggested the Lavender Haze. The lavender syrup is made in house and was sweet, with a floral taste . The drink was excellent. They have open mic nights and live music. They are expanding into the adjacent space in the next few months. It was interesting to hear all of the logistics involved in moving equipment into the new space. We will be back !

Unfortunately they do not offer food options but you can bring your own. They make their own Bourbon,Gin ,Vodka and Rum which pairs well with their huge selection of crafted cocktails. The prices for the cocktails are slightly more than one would expect but then again you are not paying any cover charge to hear live music and frankly, they are sooo delicious. We tried the Blood Orange Mai Tai which was a daily special,Banana Rum Old Fashion and a Classic Old Fashion. Can't pick a favorite because they were all our favorites! Tastings and Tours are available. Support local business and check out Copper Fiddle Distillery.

The main…read morereception hall features a large stone window behind the wedding party table, and there is a patio just outside that overlooks the water, which makes for a gorgeous setting. While Wild Onion is clearly a great venue for events, it is also a restaurant and brewery, so I am focusing this review more on the food and dining experience. We ate here for my cousin's wedding rehearsal dinner and were seated in a red carpeted room connected to the main reception hall. Unfortunately, this space felt out of place compared to the rest of the venue. It did not match the elegant vibe of the main hall and was a bit dark and dingy, which was somewhat off-putting at first. Service-wise, our waitress was wonderful. She was sweet, personable, and had a fun, upbeat personality that helped improve the overall experience right at the beginning. For my meal, I ordered the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich ($17). It is a hand-breaded chicken breast topped with honey garlic sauce, pepper jack cheese, bacon, chipotle mayo, and fried jalapenos. The sandwich had a really nice balance of flavors and was easy to eat, but despite the name, it was not spicy at all. I enjoyed it, though I did find the portion a bit small, and it did not fill me up. I chose cheese curds as my side, and those were a highlight. They were crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Also, because I am currently pregnant, I had an absolutely delicious mocktail. I sadly don't remember the name of the one I ordered, but I am here to say that it had a good balance of flavors. Overall, Wild Onion has a large menu with a wide variety of options, along with many different side choices, some for an additional charge. There truly is something for everyone. While the rehearsal dinner space itself was not ideal, the food, service, and overall selection still made for a positive experience.
