From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Jimmy, our butler/bartender, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The hospitality was warm without being stiff, and the service had a level of attentiveness you rarely find anymore. Chef Robert Gadsby personally came out to introduce himself and his team, and he remained hands‑on throughout the entire evening. Over the course of 12 beautifully crafted courses served across about 2 1/2 hours, he tailored each dish to our tastes. Before every course, they asked thoughtful questions about what we liked, what we didn't, and what we were curious to try. It truly felt like the menu was being created just for us. The only small downside -- and I mention this with appreciation for the chef's passion -- is that Chef Gadsby spent quite a bit of time sitting with us and talking during the meal. He's a wonderful man with fascinating stories, but at times I would have preferred to simply savor the flavors and enjoy the quiet moments between courses. Still, his enthusiasm for his craft is undeniable. Overall, the food, the service, and the level of personalization made this one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. The lavender syrup is made in house and was sweet, with a floral taste . The drink was excellent. They have open mic nights and live music. They are expanding into the adjacent space in the next few months. It was interesting to hear all of the logistics involved in moving equipment into the new space. We will be back !
