Not only was he able to accommodate an appointment the very next day (at 8 AM, as I requested), but he was able to diagnose and repair my two Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC units within less than two hours. As you can see from the photos, when Oleg and his team arrived this morning, both AC units were blowing HOT AIR (which is almost NEVER necessary in South Florida) and by the time they were done, both units were blowing VERY cold air, allowing the units to function as designed and cooling the spaces that each unit served. Oleg also recommended some additional maintenance that the units could benefit from, but he was not at all about the "high-pressure" sales tactics and simply provided the information and pricing for me to decide. Fuse's pricing was more than fair, and Oleg and his team seemed to care more about the work and performing it with expert precision than they did about the money. They responded on Saturday, Their repair man took apart the entire system and after he checked inside and out he realized that we still did not have power. He then checked my circuit breaker panel and realized that one of my circuit breakers were loose. He made sure it was all the way over. His bill was for over 500 dollars. 150 for the service call. 200 dollars for Saturday and 175 dollars for electrical work??? What's worse was was the air conditioning system still didn't work. The owner Ward called me Sunday to let me know he would only send a repairman if I was willing to pay another 300 dollars for a part that his repair guy noted could be a problem plus another service call fee. Incredible A top notch Electrican came because the part his repairman said it probably was I could not buy in Home Depot or True Value. He required this piece to fix my unit (it is only there for the air conditioner company to shut the system from outside) Not needed My Electrican retired and could not fix it. He got a friend of his who knew air conditioning. It turns out that a wire inside the unit was disconnected. How did that happen? My wife has called BAM three times with no answer. Do not use them. I called on a Sunday because I had a bad feeling about another company that I had been using for years. They responded so quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I received a text message confirming the appointment and on Monday morning got another text with a time window and the name of the technician that was coming. Already I was impressed. Gabe arrived right on time and looked at both the units. We had a problem with the upstairs pipes being clogged and he suggested that we put in a pump and have the coils cleaned. I asked about the downstairs unit as another company wanted to replace the whole system and Gabe said that it was absolutely fine and clearly, it did not need to be replaced or even repaired. Ray and Rodger came to do the work and they were neat and efficient. There was still an issue with the pipe draining so my husband decided to have it replaced. These guys were so good, they actually felt badly that the pipe had to be replace and honestly, I really felt bad for them since they had to spend hours on one of the hottest days of the year in my attic. When the work was done, Ray went over all the completed work and showed me where the pipe ended on the outside of the house. These guys work hard. They do a great job, care about the quality of work done, follow up and best of all, everyone who came to the house or called, was so nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!!
