I made an appointment, but they were able to see me early. There were no other customers at the time, likely because of the rain. I asked for about 2 inches off, and I appreciated that the stylist listened and did not cut off more than I requested. She finished my V-shaped haircut in about 30 minutes, and the cut looked clean. During the haircut, she asked if I wanted layers and I said yes. Looking back, that was my mistake since I usually do not get layers, and I wish I had skipped them this time. The inside of the salon is what you would expect from a typical Chinese hair salon. It looks fairly clean and is very no-frills. The total came out to $40 before tip. Overall, this is a solid spot I have trusted for years when I need a straightforward trim.

Two things that I can't ignore and hope management reads this. 1. There is room for improvement on the locker room getting so crowded. 2. Do NOT trust the sandals. They are plastic and incredibly slippery when wet. Since they are not sized to the individual, it's dangerous. I slipped out of my sandals and fell down the stairs in the large Russian Sauna. This resulted in multiple abrasions and a large laceration on my forearm and I actually got stitches for the first time. Sandals have to be fixed, there's stairs everywhere here. The people in the sauna were super nice and helped me, luckily, I'm pretty fit, but it could've been really really bad. Credit to the staff for not charging me for my time there, honestly, I would've rather paid and left uninjured. I'm not 100% sure that I would return, it just happened today so maybe in time that will change.

I'm someone who tends to faint during blood draws or shots, but every time I've gotten Dysport from Haley, she has known exactly how to help prevent that. She has a wonderful bedside manner and does a great job keeping me calm, comfortable, and distracted, so I don't work myself up. She's also very quick, and the treatment is nearly pain-free, which I imagine takes real skill. On top of that, her work looks so natural, which I really appreciate.
