They give great massages but it's not worth the disrespect. They made me pay before my massage and I also still had 10 minutes left for a massage. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a massage place. As soon as my friend and I walked in, the staff immediately demanded payment before the service and asked us to pay in cash. When I told them I didn't have cash and wanted to pay by card or Zelle, the staff member immediately asked how much tip we would give before the massage even started. He even suggested that we should tip $30 per person, which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. I explained that I prefer to tip after the service depending on the quality, which is normal. However, the staff kept repeating "No tip?" with a very rude attitude and facial expression. I even used Google Translate to explain clearly, but they still acted disrespectfully. Then when we paid by card, they added a $2 service fee, and even if you pay by Zelle they still charge the same fee. Customers should not be forced to pay extra fees like that. What shocked me the most was that while I was talking with my friend, a male staff member started mimicking my language and laughing at us in a mocking way. That behavior is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage itself was also very poor quality. We paid for a 1-hour massage, but they started counting the time immediately after payment, not when the massage actually started. During my massage, the therapist kept standing up and walking around the room, which wasted a lot of time. The environment was also terrible. The staff were talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to relax. When my friend asked a simple question about the massage service, the staff member responded very rudely. My friend she wonder the body massage have no hand massage and he directly yell "oh come on, no"??? The place itself also smelled bad, which already made the environment uncomfortable before the massage even started. When I arrived, they told me she had already started working on two walk-in customers and asked me to wait for over an hour. All throughout my session, she stopped multiple times to talk to customers coming in and talk to the guy that sat down at the desk. Needless to say I was getting annoyed coz my body felt like it's in a traffic...stop and go. My last straw was when a couple walked in and was so loud talking on their phone and she stopped again my session for the umpteenth time! I told her about how Im not getting a quality session and she said she will extend the time. OK. Sure. At this point, I can't relax anymore. Then she said "all done!". It was 8:05! I was so annoyed I just stood up. She waited if I'm gonna tip her. When she sensed I wasnt, she asked if everything is ok. I said no and proceeded to tell her my complaint. She reasoned she gave me extra 5 mins. I told her she started at 7:20 & it's 8:05. I paid for 1 hour session and now she's telling me she gave me an extra 5 mins with all the multiple stops within that time?! She was upset that I refuse to tip her and she waved me off and said "ok just go!". I'm the type of customer that if I like the place , I would stick to it even if it's far or even if they dont give the same result everytime. Coz I get it. No one is perfect. Some years ago, my mom and I came here several time and we always had a great experience. The service was great and the masseuses were skilled. We left wanting to return, but the pandemic hit. Recently, my mom came back with her friend. It seems the place had undergone a management change, and the masseuses were all different as well. My mom has back issues. She specifically asked that her masseuse not work on her lower back too much in fear of adverse effects, but she was reassured it would be ok and suffered through a session of rough kneading. My mom had also asked for her masseuse to focus on her shoulders but her request was ignored. Fast forward to a couple of days later, and my mom's back hurt so badly that she couldn't get out of bed for days. The pain was much worse than any she had ever had before. She also learned that her friend, who is healthy and active with no back issues, was also experiencing back pain at the same time. The only commonality was that they had both gotten massages from this place, and both of their masseuses decided to focus on their backs. It's unfortunate that new management resulted in decreased quality. The masseuses also seemed to think they knew better than the customers themselves. This place is officially off my recommendation list. read more

I haven't had a massage since before COVID. This week was particularly grueling, and by Friday, my back, neck and head hurt really bad. I found out that Four Seasons, which is one of my normal go-to's for a quick massage, was open for appointment, so I called. the owner was responsive and got me in for a combo 60 min body and 30 min foot massage. When I came by, there was only one other customer there, so there's plenty of social distancing. The owner was really friendlyand upgraded me to a hot stone body massage. the body massage was in a private room, but they were sure to leave the door open in order to keep airflow. I didn't feel uncomfortable since there are so few people there, I was covered with a sheet the entire time. Everybody wore masks including myself during the massage. the foot massage, as is common with these reflexology places, was done fully clothed and the person used plastic gloves during the massage. I found everybody to be really nice and professional, and the quality of massage is amazing! I just regret not being able to tip more, I stopped at the ATM beforehand and it happened to be out of order. At one point the gentlemen was straddling my neck in order to massage my back. And another point where my arm was down from the sides of the bed and he was straddling my arm. WOW! I came here after all these years recently and was greeted by the most unwelcoming person ever. It was an empty room, so I was happy that I could get a massage without a wait. He took my money and then proceeded to the back, making me wait for 10 minutes. He came back wiping his mouth as if he had just been eating something. This review is for Peter's excellent service. This was my 2nd time here, the first time I went for a full body massage but this time opted to try the 30 min foot massage 30 min body massage. My full body massage was also great, but I liked how the foot massage really focused on the feet/legs and shoulders, back. I typically request a female masseuse but this time just saw whoever was first available and was not disappointed. So much more than just a foot massage. They rub your scalp, forehead, and neck while your feet soak in warm water. Then they work your arms. Finally, they rub your feet, calves and shins. I had the combo 30 minutes foot and 60 minutes body. It was just OK, nothing special. And they counted soaking the foot in hot water as part of the 30 minutes which is a rip off. So you actually only get 20 minutes of that massage. Skill level was low with a lot of elbow use, which hurts and does not feel good. My boyfriend and I had purchased Groupon deals to utilize. Redeeming the deals were pretty straight-forward. The foot massage was pretty good. I would've been completely relaxed during the foot massage if they had closed the door and not talked so loudly with other customers at the door. This completely ruins the experience. DO NOT GET THE BODY MASSAGE. There is no way these people are licensed masseuses. I felt I was being rubbed rather than properly kneaded, which makes the experience very uncomfortable when you are on the table half naked. I left feeling more tense than when I first arrived! The worst part is the tipping. If you do not tip what they suggest, they will verbally abuse you and force you to tip the amount. We didn't enjoy the experience as is, but tipped the amount they wanted since we did not want to deal with any more verbal abuse. Went at opening, first customer of the day. Nice, warm and a great, relaxing experience. Tony really dug in deep. Ambiance is mellow and quite comforting. Communal area was quiet and soothing. Foot bath and massage was on point and hit all of the right pressure points. Did the 30/30 foot and back massage. All for $30. Well worth it. The back massage was intense but very well done. He surprised me by giving me a body massage, not just a foot massage, much more relaxing than what I normally get for $50!!! The massage was so amazing and I was so satisfied that I gave him a generous tips. I found out later that the spa is under new management. Who knows how long this $20 special will last? I phoned this establishment to set up an appointment for both my husband and myself. Our regular place is still closed due to COVID and we tried another place on Monday and it was a NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! I spoke with Jennifer who was very professional and helpful with answering my questions. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Jennifer who took our temperature and explained how their services work. The rooms were clean and the place quiet and peaceful. Jerry was my masseuse and WOW!!!!! He almost made me cry with his pressure point massage then rubbed it out after and I felt like jello. He moved things in my body that seemed complacent for a long time. I had a 1/2 hour body massage and an hour foot massage. Normally when you go get a foot massage 10-15 minutes is massaging your back head and shoulders...Jerry focused on my back for 1/2 hour then dedicated the next hour giving each leg 1/2 hour each. By the time I was done, I turned to my husband and said pick me up next week...I'm not going anywhere . He told me his masseuse Sandy was just as good and that we need to come back next week! Yes!!! Upon leaving Jennifer and her business partner Simon thanked us for giving them the opportunity and explained that the two that massaged us were a husband/wife duo. They ROCKED! This whole experience at Four Seasons Foot Spa rocked. PS~ A hot shower and Tylenol loosened me up even more and it's the first time I slept through the night in a long time. These places are a hit or miss and his one was a miss with a double whammy... My friend and I were not impressed. We both opted for the foot massage which of course is a whole body massage. But when they are pounding your head, arms, legs, stomach in a rough manor I would just have taken just the batting on the feet instead. There was a language barrier but usually most of them understand if you're trying to tell them that it's too hard to the point where it was unpleasurable. The establishment was clean and well ventilated though. I prefer not to have a tip but they have a tipping requirement .. It's pretty ridiculous to tip such amount when you're not satisfied. First, they were available to accommodate our last-minute appointment request for two at the same time. I was sceptical about how this place would be since it was so easy for us to get in with no prior appointments. As we walked in, we saw nyon purple lights and a reception desk at the corner with a table lamp on. It was very different compared to all other massage places that I have been to. Prices? Very reasonable! I am talking about $80 for 30-minutes food massage and 60-minute body massage combo. Our feet were soaked first before anything. The food massage was very good and it was much needed. It took place in the main / shared room with the rest of the clients, with curtains as dividers. The body massage took place in a private room. Unlike the other places, the body massage was fully on the back of the body. Though, massage oil and even hot stones were included. They accept credit card for the service and fees are to be paid beforehand. Gratuity needs to be pay by cash to the massage therapists directly. The overall experience was decent for the price we paid for. If one is looking for a last-minute massage, I would certainly recommend giving this place a try. read more

Their massage is not the typical kneads and pressure like shiatsu, deep tissue, or swedish, etc. It is a style of rubs, kneads, pulling, and stretching, pressures, and all while fully clothed which makes it difficult.
