I was browsing the store one day. The SA talked me into buying a more expensive sunglasses by…read morecomplimenting (literally everything I tried on) looked nice on me. I felt trapped and made an impulsive purchade. A week later, I returned the sunglasses as I changed my mind. As I was standing at the register making the return, the same SA made snarky comments that made me very uncomfortable. It doesn't matter why I chose the return, SA should keep comments to him/herself and just process the darn return. I won't be coming back to this location.

Keep in mind, despite them being in an outlet mall, these are still full prices, which I've seen some people come in and be upset about. I have been searching for a very specific pair of Ray Bans I purchased on the west coast many years ago. I've looked online many times with no luck. And boom, I was pleasantly surprised that I walked right in here and saw them immediately in their great selection. One of the reasons I purchase sunglasses from Sunglass Hut is the value. I appreciate that most of the sunglasses on display (except sale items) are just displays. They will usually go in the back and retrieve you a new pair that 3,000 people haven't touched and maybe had their kid sneeze on. When you check out, they also package them beautifully with a nice case and lens cloth and provide a warranty. They send regular birthday coupons and sale info via email. This is probably my favorite location!

Then I found Eye Candy. So many amazing pairs that the problem becomes which one. As to customers service, a few months after I got my glasses, I fell and scratched the lens. I went in to have them re-lensed. Thanks When I went to hand over my credit card, I was informed they were under Warranty and the lens would be replaced for free. My old glasses were still so nice I had the lenses remade to my new Rx as well.
