Leaving this review because my wife is still shaking in disgust to do it her self. We went to buy new sunglasses for our day at the beach. While she was browsing for a pair the manager came and stood no more than a foot behind her. When my wife asked if she was on her way the manager responded that she was in the middle of doing inventory. My wife offered to get out of the way and she can browse elsewhere while she continued her duties but the "manager" said no and continued to stand behind my wife with her hands in her hips! My wife advised this manager that she didn't feel comfortable with her being this close to her and the manager's response was "if you feel uncomfortable we have a problem" my wife asked politely to please back off and the manager responded by telling my wife she needed to get out of her store! My wife left upset and finished telling me the story and we walked to the macys which has a sunglasses hut and the gentlemen there was able to help us rather quickly, we made our purchase and we're on our way. We felt racially profiled and I hope no one has to go through the horrible experience she went through. Be better sunglasses hut, your customers deserve it! read more

I went in not expecting in the least that they would have my beloved REVO sunglasses. I casually looked around when lovely sales rep. named Michelle asked if she could help me find anything. I half heartedly asked Michelle if they carried REVO and was stunned when she said yes in fact they did. Not only did they have them in stock but it appeared they had just about every style REVO makes! Michelle is a sunglass expert and knew her stuff like very few other sales reps. at the other places I have shopped for sunglasses. I swear she's an optician or something. Anyhow I ended up getting the perfect pair of REVOs and I hardly had to try on any of them because she seemed to know exactly what style would suit my face best. She absolutely nailed it. WOW... that's mad skillz! BONUS!!!! Michelle told me if I bought a second pair she would give me a $40 discount on them. I picked out, or should I say she picked out, a nice backup set of Oakleys that looked so darn good on me you'd swear they were custom fitted just for me. I went in Sunglass Hut of Lakewood Center Mall today with buying a couple pair of sunglasses in mind. I met Michelle which had great reviews on her service and now firsthand I know why! I Asked if they got new product (sunglasses) and at first she rudely told me: I don't understand what you're referring to so I repeat myself again and again and by the fourth time she said no.
